Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel - Seoul

A very good location for riding the train. Stop is on ground floor of hotel with access to all main lines. Also connected to a shopping mall, bank and pharmacy. We stayed on Club Level that was very accommodating with free breakfast, wi-fi and evening cocktails. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel connected underground to the subway station. Since it sits atop a mall, there are a nice variety of restuarants to pick from. I will stay there again in the future. Only complaint is that you must always take 2 different sets of elevators to get to/from your room. Nice pool and exercise equipment. Staff ultra friendly

This is a new hotel. I was told by the staff that it's only 8 months old. Anyway, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable and I saw they were using some new mattress system for maximum comfort. The hotel is very new, which for the most part is usually a good thing, but had several drawbacks. First, no taxi driver knew where the place was. Even when given a map in Korea issued by the hotel, they always had to call for directions, and it could not be located with their in-car GPS. The rooms were a good size, very clean, but my TV would not work […] for a day for some reason. They did respond quickly to fix it, just took a while. Not that it mattered much though with just very basic channels. They charge for internet service, and usually I won't stay at a place that charges for internet, but it was the only place available on my dates. The food was quite expensive, but good. There was always a chemical type smell in my room of unknown origin (not from cleaning supplies), but I guess that's because the place was so new. The hotel location is far from the attractions most people go to, and I'm not sure of train station vicinities because I always used a taxi; they were cheap enough in Seoul. Most of the staff spoke excellent English. Overall the feel or style of the hotel while clean and comfortable, was much like sleeping in an office building, too bland. Booked because of the great location at the intersection of two busy subway lines (1 and 4). Service is immaculate, and the hotel is in great condition. Great views. I stayed there for 3 nights with my 2 boys and it was wonderful. The staff were so helpful. I'm currently living in Japan and it was the perfect quick getaway with my boys. You have a mall connected to it and it has a kids play land inside. You have awesome shopping in the mall and the food is amazing. I would the infrastructure and service are excellent! So it's value for money! But for those ppl who just want to spend time on shopping in Seoul, it would take 30-45 mins to those core shopping area like Meydong and East Gate or HKD$ 100-150 taxi fare..... brand new upmarket hotel at soft opening rates - great room, gym & swim. internet area at bar. Hotel located on top of new shopping mall with reception at top. Takes around 25 min by subway to centre of Seoul. airport bus will drop you right at the G/F entrance (50 min from airport).

A little difficult for taxis to find as it's a new hotel and would suggest better directions on the hotel web-site. It's also worth getting the Korean name /address written down. However, absolutely excpetional service when I got there. Friendly staff' who managed to accommodate the mo'st awkward requests.

　妻と３泊で利用させていただきました。　全体的な印象としてあまり華美になりすぎず、シンプルだけれども、機能的で品の良さが感じられるホテルでした。線路側の部屋でしたが、他の書き込みに見られた電車の騒音もほとんど気になりませんでした。　日本人の団体向きではありませんが、個人の利用で地下鉄での移動が苦にならない者には最適ではないかと思いました。

新しいホテルなので、おおむね満足です。 友人と２名で泊まったので、カードキーが２枚あると便利ですが、 １枚しかもらえませんでした。 エレベーターの乗り換えも、４１Ｆまで行かなくても、２８Ｆのジム フロアで乗り換えていました。 （泊まったのが２９Ｆ（喫煙室）だったので） 明洞や江南のタクシー運転手には、ホテルの立地がどこにあるか ほとんど知られていないようです。（カーナビを使っていました。） 空港バスが始発なので、確実に座れるので安心です。

地下鉄駅上にできた新しい高層ホテルで４１階がロビー、客室は３０階以上。他の高層ビル群を見下ろす感じ。地下鉄グリーンラインで東大門まで２５分。基本的には言うこと無し。エアコンのファンが動き始めるときに若干うるさい気もするけど、気にならない人は全然気にならないレベル。ちなみに、５階レストラン街にはお好み焼き、ラーメン、寿司屋もあり。もちろん韓国料理屋も数軒入っていてとっても上手かった。

スタッフの接客態度や部屋の綺麗さは大変良かった。まず駐車場のスタッフがこまめに配置されていて安心。ホテル入り口での迎えや外出時の接客態度も良好。フロントも日本語で親切に対応していただき気持ちよかった。 ３８階ではいつでも飲み物やスイーツが無料でゆっくり楽しむことができて、ちょっと休憩したい時には超便利。 また、上層階からの市内の眺めは昼・夜ともに最高。 トイレがシャワートイレでなかったことと、朝食のバリエーションがちょっと少なかったことが残念でした。 総合的には知人にも勧められる良いホテルです。

처음에 신도림쪽에 호텔이 있어 솔직하게 교통체증이 조금 있습니다.그리고 저녁 야경은 멋이 있지만 낮에 창밖을 보면 빌딩들 밖에 보이지가 않더군요 하지만 시설 면과 서비스면에서는 매우 만족했으며 저렴한 비용에 스파를 이용해서 모든면과 식사까지도 마음에 들었습니다.내년에서 아마 연말에 다시갈꺼 같습니다.~~이번 여름 휴가를 디큐브에서 보낼 예정입니다. 와이프가 매우 맘에 들어하여 저까지 기분좋은 연말이었네요

アラサー三名で利用しました。 ホテル自体に期待していたので、さすがシェラトンだなという感じで気持ちの良い滞在ができました。 今回急な日程変更があり、予約している日の一日前にソウルに着くことになりました。 前日のホテルをチェックアウトして、すぐ荷物をシェラトンに置かせてもらいたかったのでメールをしていたのですが快く早めのチェックインをさせてくれました。 また、友人の誕生日だったのでサプライズがしたくてお願いしたところ、こちらも快く引き受けてくださり、友人も感激してくれました。 英語が通じないスタッフは居ませんし、日本語も流暢なスタッフの方もいらっしゃいます。 D-CUBE CITY を気に入ったので、絶対また利用します。 ありがとうございました。

昨年完成したホテルで部屋のテーブルには１周年アニバーサリーの小さなケーキが置いてありました 仁川空港からは6018番のラスト駅ですし行きやすいです フロントでは日本語堪能な女性が対応してくれましたしリムジンバスの時刻表も用意されていました キングサイズツインの部屋でしたが新道林という場所柄か部屋は広く ベッドももちろんキングサイズ、シャワールームとバスタブは独立型 総じてパウダールーム全体は擦りガラスのドアの効果もありかなり広いです フロントが最上階の41階にあるため夜10時頃の到着時には夜景が美しく見え、フロントロビーにクラブがあるのでジャズの生演奏をしておりソウルというより欧米のホテルに来たかの錯覚を覚えました １階のエントランスの天井は時間によって照明が変わりここでも終日アメリカンポッ […] プが流れています 部屋のあるフロアのエレベーターホールはどこかオアフのシェラトンに共通する雰囲気がある空間でした 地下鉄は１、２号線が乗入れており、今回自分たちは江南方面を中心に行動したのですが ミョンドンまでタクシーに乗っても日本円で1000円しないです 二泊では翌日の夜パッキングしないとだめなので気ぜわしいですから三泊四日以上ならぜひお勧めするホテルです 自分は一日中ホテルステイしていたかったくらいです メインダイニングの「フィースト」も要チェックしたかったのですが ブッフェを食べてしまうと後の２食に胃袋のあきがなくなる事を恐れて今回はやめておきました たぶん41階の景色を満喫しながらのブッフェは素晴らしいのではないかと思います 付帯施設の「Dキューブシティ」も便利でした Read more

スタッフの方々(特にフロント)がフレンドリーでとても快適なステイになりました。 英語だと全く問題ありませんが、日本語はあまり通じない？かもしれません。 ホテルが新しくキレイで、お部屋も広いです。 あと個人的には、B1FのDeliのドリンクやペストリーが美味しかったので、毎日利用しました。 トータルで良かったので、また泊まりたいと思います。

部屋、施設、夜景、モーニングの美味しさ種類全て良かったです。お客様への対応やレストラン予約も気がきく予約で満足でした。中心街から外れてるので深夜からの帰宅にタクシーの場合、韓国語の地図見てもホテルスタッフと直接話してもらっても地元タクシードライバーがわからない状態。１Fにハナ銀行やコンビニ、Eマート地下鉄があり便利でした。施設は、最高です。本当にゆっくりできました。年に2回は行くので次回も宿泊したいです。
