Very busy hotel,excellent service given by very friendly staff. Good choice of food menu all reasonably priced. Only thing to be aware of need to be able to climb stairs especially if situated on 2nd floor.

Very warm, clean, and comfortable. Great British breakfast every morning. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Less than a block away from train station and a great pub. Inexpensive compared to other hotels in the region, and well worth the bargain. You will not regret staying here!

Loved the hotel. It is 70 yards from train station. Hotel is beautiful. Staff friendly, great advice. Food marvelous. Loved the "Queen's quarters (???)" restaurant. Food excellent, bar and drinks are perfect, manager (R. Merjavy) was so helpful.Room clean, good size. 4 blocks from City Centre and all of Chester. STAY THERE.

Booked hotel for romantic getaway, no idea spa world had to be booked in advance but was full on the day. Your advert states spa bath in EVERY bedroom this is not the case. Only the suite has a spa bath.
