      The room was very comfortable and the location is great. The front desk was not overly friendly but served their purpose. The work out facility smelled of sweat and the treadmill and eliptical was noisy but worked. The breakfast area was not kept up well. Overall, the stay served it's purpose but if it was for a personal stay I would stay somewhere a little nicer.

    If you are looking for a clean comfortable hotel in an area that has more to do than you can think of, this is the place. The hotel staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and it was a great location. There are dozens of restaurants within a mile of the hotel (try the Smokey Mountain Brewery for great food and sample their micro-brewed beer). Shopping, […] Movie Theater, Gander Mountain, you name it, it is within a mile of this hotel. 15~20 minutes from Downtown Knoxville. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Read more

    The stay was great,. Great resturants and shopping on the street behind the hotel. Also a huge movie theater. Up scale neighborhood and felt very safe at this location. The hotel in general was spotless, the rooms were clean, the bathrooms were clean, and the king size bed we slept in was perfect. Very comfortable. Location is less than a quarter mile […] off interstate. My daughter, and grandchildren live in the Maryville area and it was on two miles at the next exit for us to turn off and head to Maryville. I would recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites to everyone. You don't see this kind of Hotel very often these days. I almost forgot, the hotel staff was very nice and pleasant and made our stay that much better. We will be staying at this hotel the next time we visit east Tennessee in knoxville. Read more

    We had a very pleasant experience during our stay there. Quick check in and check out, the room was clean & comfortable and had some nice extras, including a mini fridge and a microwave. No complaints!

    This was a very clean and new hotel. Plenty of room. Good location near main shopping and restaurants. Convenient to interstate as we were traveling to football game at TN campus. Ate breakfast Saturday morning and myself and son were pleased. They have a 24 hour snack store with drinks and is very reasonably priced and you can pay on your room. Hotel […] didn't seem very busy but I know there were several kids there for a soccer tournament and the hotel was actually full. Had a tv in the lobby at night people were watching football games and could go to the previous mentioned store for beer. I will stay here again when make it back for another football game. Read more

    We were most impressed with the quality of this Hampton Inn. We have stayed in others and were comfortable doing so again. The only suggestion I have is they need trash cans by the sink area and the kitchenette and also a hand towel is needed by the sink. But these are minor complaints. Will choose this hotel again if in the area.

    The Turkey Creek location of this Hampton Inn is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff was very friendly. There was a nice buffet breakfast included in the price.

    This Hampton Inn is convenient and a newer hotel. It is well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it on your journeys down I-75.

    The hotel appeared to have just been renovated. Everything looked great and made a great impression. The downside is the walls are thin and you can hear quite a bit from other rooms - TVs, people walking, etc.

    Great hotel- we love Hampton Inn's and this one is brand new. Listing said mini fridge and micro- not in rooms yet but coming. Bedding was great but matress isn't soft enough for us- still over all we thought it was perfect and will stay there again.
