The rooms at this Iberostar Hotel are exceptionally large. For someone traveling with a lot of luggage and wanting to relax in their room, it was perfect. The bathroom was gigantic with a great soaking tub, they even provided bath salts. The location of the hotel is also fabulous, as you can walk down the block and come across countless cafes and restaurants. […] The only slight complaints we had were the room service options/price and the laundry facilities happened to be down when we stayed. Overall it was a very good hotel. The decor was modern, the room was comfortable, it is in a great location, and the staff were very helpful. They provided complimentary sparkling wine and fruit for my wife's birthday, which they found out about by her passport. The staff was very helpful and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were not ready at 2pm for checkin - but by 3pm - they were. Lobby decor rather unusual and my first impression was that it was inexpensive, overly stylized furniture and some of the off-white upholstered pieces seemed worn, but rooms were clean and comfortable - […] with a king size bed and a twin 'pull out' chaise with plenty of room/comfort for three occupants. Quiet location - very nice for evening walks to area restaurants, Stephendom, Parliament - very convenient without being crowded. Easily accessible via Metro - and hotel has price fixed cab option from Train Station or Airport - and I wish I'd arranged that in advance - since we did get ripped off by local taxi company when we first arrived. Friendly staff and interesting hotel design. The rooms have high ceilings and are very large by American standards, nevermind compared to the "typical" European hotel! Separate shower/bath in a very nice bathroom - don't have one bad thing to say about our stay here.

This hotel was within walking distance to everything. The concierge helped me secure a reservation for a tour of the Parliament Building which I had heard was near impossible. When I got there to purchase tickets, people were being turned away and told there were no more tickets for the day so I was incredibly grateful to our concierge that checked […] us in. This hotel is in a great location; only a couple of blocks in from the Chain Bridge. You can walk everywhere in Budapest from this hotel, and wonderful restaurants are abundant in this area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed something brought to the room and also had a small maintenance issue; both were at my door almost before I hung […] up the phone. The room was large, clean, and had an amazing bathroom. Our room was overlooking the square on the first floor and was also above the restaurant. This was NOT an issue as the restaurant wasn't busy off season, but it's possible our room would have been noisy in the summer as outside dining is available. Overall a chic wonderful boutique hotel conveniently located in Budapest near Parliament and St. Stephens Basílica. The room was beautifully decorated, the bathroom was grand! It was any incredible place to stay. My only negative was the dust located around the baseboard parimeter of the bedroom and television area.

Hotel is located in a great area close to Metro, Taxi if needed as we walked to most central locations from here with ease. The street October 6 has many great restaurants to satisfy cravings for all local or foreign cuisine etc Basilica Square is 200 meters down the road. We stayed here for 3 nights in January 2013, and it was the perfect hotel for visiting all the major sights. It's a really smart and luxurious hotel, with friendly and helpful staff who were happy to help throughout the whole stay. The rooms are spacious and modern, and whilst we didn't use them, the Spa and restaurant look excellent. The location of […] the hotel is a real plus though - we visited nearly all of the major tourist spots in Budapest and didn't need to take any public transport at all. It's walking distance from everywhere. In the surrounding streets are plenty of places to eat and drink as well. For info, it was a 5,800 HUF cab ride (Fotaxi) from the airport to the hotel, and 4,000 HUF on the return. (around £12 - £15 each way). Excellent 5 star hotel - thoroughly recommend. Read more
