We stayed at the hotel overnight as we was going to a concert at the Apollo which is only 10 min walk. The only thing we disliked was the outside of the hotel does not look like the photos on the site,also it was quite noisey in the morning as we was next to the wash room, other then that it was nice and enjoyed our stay.

Me and 2 friends stayed here for one night. We were attending a concert at Earls Court. Upgraded us from double with sofa to double and single in one room. Rooms were lovely, beds comfy, extra pillows. Bathroom nice, shower tray a little slippery but overall room was fab. Really clean hotel. Breakfast was continental and inc in price of stay. Really […] nice selection of food. Great location, 2 mins down the road is tube station. All in all a nice place to stay will definatley use this hotel again.. Only downside was parking used Kings Mall car park £30 for 24 hours.. If you go on a sat you can park on road using meters til 6.30 pm then it's free after that all day Sunday.. Read more

The hotel is situated close to the tube station so ideal for getting around London. The Car Park that is close by (cheap ish for London) within the Shopping centre is in close proximity and offers 24 hour parking. The bathroom was great with large shower cubcle, but dissappointed that there was no windows in the room!

Surprisingly nice hotel, nice room, compact but clean and well equiped. As very near to Hamersmith station close to all the sights and restaurants etc. Did'nt do evening meals think as they are close to verything most guest would go out at night. Down side was you have to park in shopping centre car park which can be expensive and if weather is bad […] there is a bit of a walk to check in. Good free continental breakfast. Read more

*Greeted by a friendly receptionist who advised that we had been given a free upgrade. Also informed that the continental breakfast was covered by the room cost- which was good to know as hotels.com did not inform of this on the website. The room was nicely decorated in a nearly boutique style. Only criticism of the one night stay was that the boiler […] had broken so there was no hot water for the shower in the morning. I informed the staff at reception of this when i went down to breakfast. They checked this out while we were eating and advised that i would need to shower in another room (which was fine and a good excuse to check out another room!). The shower was lovely and there were two shower heads which was really useful for my long hair. I showered in a room that had a double and single bed- this room looked quite cramped but again was decorated well. Breakfast was ok- nothing to write home about but decent selection for the continental breakfast that is included in the room place. This is a really good hotel for the price i paid and is very handy for a gig or show at the apollo- 5 mins walking distance and subway and maccy d's are on the walk back to the hotel! The best thing about the hotel however was the abundance of good quality pillows... unlike the travelodge where i stayed the next night and had to undertake pillow origarmi!!! We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Only criticism woukd be the early morning noise from deliveries to local shops. The breakfast was a bit basic as well but can't complain as we weren't aware that this was included in the price. Overall it was a good place to stay for a short London break.

Stayed for a weekend in London with the girlfriend and spent ages looking at hotels as I wanted something nice close to Hammersmith. Finally chose this hotel and so glad I did. Very clean and tidy and room was superb with a very comfy bed. I chose the 'Executive' double room for a little bit more as I thought it would be nicer, but it just seemed to […] include a separate single bed. Lobby has a touch screen guide to the area which was very handy as well. Personalen på kvällen vid incheckningen var bra och trevliga.Däremot personalen på morgonen och under frukosten var otrevliga och oprofessionella. Kl 10 när vi kom till frukosten var allt i princip utplockat och i princip endast bröd, smör och mjölk kvar. Och de små flingpaketen. Vi bad dem fylla på ägg, ost, crossaint samt bestick. Det tog 20 minuter […] samt att flera påminnelser för dem att säga från att det kommer strax till att efter 20 minuter säga att det är slut, vi kommer inte att fylla på mer. Sämsta hotellupplevelsen jag haft och då har jag mellan 15-30 hotellnätter per år. Read more

Dette hotellet hadde en veldig bra beliggenhet i et koselig område. Med t-banen kun få minutters gange unna var det lett å komme seg rundt i London. Det som kanskje skuffet meg var stjernerangeringen. Dette hotellet hadde 4 stjerner, noe det overhodet ikke var. Hadde det hatt 3 stjerner ville det stått til forventningene. Mycket bra. Lite litet rum, men det kändes nytt, rent och fräscht och framför allt det centrala läget med närheten till flera tunnelbanelinjer och bussnät var kanon. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig.
