The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Every staff member would greet you each time they saw you. The front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the bell hops went out of their way to make sure that we were helped with anything we needed. The complimentary breakfasts had plenty of food, and it was all good. The location in Cebu was very good, […] close to all major roadways, and to restaurants and shopping. The only drawbacks-and they were minor- were:1. The breakfast buffet had bacon only once (we were there 25 nights) and 2. This hotel is one to be avoided. There was no hot water and the Wifi did not work at all on the first day and was under repair on second day. Check in staff was rude. Front desk staff tried to be helpful but the problems were not solved with a room change. There are better hotels for the same money. Montebello and Ford's Inn come to mind.

Hotel is a bit tired in places, especially around the pool area and corridors. Rooms appear to have been renovated to a good standard but water pressure low in shower. Staff friendly and helpful and good breakfast.

The staff, and food was excellent, however the cable was basic, and the internet was barely getting 1 bar. They should think about bringing in an IT, and using an upgraded system. probably wouldn't cost more than a couple hundred bucks to fix, but would mean a lot to business travelers who depend on staying connected.

Very disappointed. Hotel room was very scruffy. This hotel needs an urgent makeover or alternatively drop its price considerably. Staff not that friendly. Had difficulty connecting to the Internet. Had difficulty getting breakfast in the morning as reception had not given breakfast vouchers on check in.

I stayed 2 days in Grand hotel. First day I wanted use WIFi, but, not work, so asked frontsedk to fix WIFi. But, said 5 minute later.... nothing changed.. I told 3-4 times to front desk... Or, I wanted to change room, they didn't changed room.. For 3 days, I have to stay front desk to use internet.. Very uncomfortable hotel...

Comfortable accommodation. Adequate wifi. Adequate buffet breakfast. Hotel is a fair distance from Cebu Airport and a taxi ride from the water front and other attractions. Door staff however are very efficient at calling taxi's.

I booked 2 twin rooms at the Cebu Grand Hotel on hotels.com for 2 nights on a stop over flight back to Manila. The flight was 2 days late after being initially cancelled, so I called the hotel to ask if they could push back my booking. I did have to do some criclework, phone calling their Manila office to get approval, which seemed unnecessary. Upon […] arrival, the hotel looks old but is currently undergoing renovations to the front right hand facade. However the rooms have been renovated and bathrooms are tidy. Air con worked well, so was comfortable enough. (Although hallways of the hotel are not air conditioned) Another pro is that the hotel is very close to McDonalds, Shell petrol station and not too far from Ayala Business Centre and Mall, plus there is an ATM around the corner of the building. Overall, we had a positive stay at the Cebu Grande and would recommend it for people requiring a quick stay in Cebu. Read more

ホテル自体の古い事は致し方無いと思いますが、日本人として一番辛いのはお湯が出たり出なかったりしたのが残念です。 ただ、ホテルスタッフは全員笑顔が絶えず対応して頂いた事には感謝致します。 ホテル前の店舗が閉鎖していたのは、これから改造されるようですので期待しています。 あと、チェックイン時に２０００ペソのデポジットが必要ですが、チェックアウト時に返却されます。
