Fabulous hotel in all aspects. Location to the old city, ambiance of the property, the room, the view, the breakfast buffet and the spa. Also, if you take the bus in from the airport for 1/4 the price of a taxi, it is literally a 2 minute walk to the hotel from where the bus lets you off.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was well priced, the breakfast was very good, and it was reasonably close to the old town of Dubrovnik. We had a car, so it was nice to have secure parking. Our room was very nice and clean, with a balcony. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We walked to the old town, but that took a good 40 minutes. You can catch a bus, but we didn't bother. I think I'd still stay here if we went back to Dubrovnik. It was a good balance.

Very basic but very cozy. It is in the heart of the old city so the room is very small but I hope nobody comes to Dubrovnik just to sit in their room and watch TV. The one downside is that the shower could have used a shower curtain...

This place was amazing. Great price. The owner met us promptly when we arrived, even though our communication with him about time was vague. He was there within 15 minutes, we just told another resident in the building and they called him. It was quick and easy. He provided maps and tourist information as well as a list of must see things. The place was great. Perfect shower, washer, sink and comfortable bed. Little windows that opened to corridors....right by old town dubrovnik clock tower. There is not a better location in all of Dubrovnik. We will make plans soon to stay here again. It was perfect.

"Very good apartment rental right near old town"
Great deal on a great place - they picked us up at the airport, provided a pre-programmed cell phone for local use (taxi's, etc), provided a map and recommendations of things to do in the city, and were very personable and helpful with everything. "Four nights in Dubrovnik"
We enjoyed staying here. The room was large and well-equipped. It wasn't the closest place to the Old Town (about 10-15 mins walk) but that meant it was fairly close to some good beaches. The staff were very helpful; they picked us up from the ferry port and showed us places to go (e.g. good restaurants).Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Sehr nah an Altstadt"
Hotel ist sehr schwer zu finden. Noch nicht mal Taxifahrer wusste wo es ist.Wir haben fünf Tage da verbracht und genau so lange jemanden gesucht, bei den wir Restlichen Betrag zahlen könnten. Es war keiner zu finden. In fünf Tagen Kamm keiner um die Zimmer sauber zu machen, oder Handtücher zu wechseln. Klimaanlage ist direkt über den Kinderbett, sehr […] laut und nicht gut gelöst. Im Schlafzimmer auf den Betten darf man sich nicht bewegen, sonst werden alle wach. Nicht zu empfählen, auf keinen fall. Oder wen dann nur für ein oder zwei Nächte, auf keinen Fall länger.
