"Central location and fantastic service"
This small cave hotel, centrally situated in Goreme is run by two charming brothers who were extremely helpful and informative. The rooms were clean, the breakfasts in the cosy diningroom or on the terrace offered a good selection and all the staff made one feel welcome.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The owners helped us a lot and gave us very usefull informations. The hotel is on the top of the village(nearly the top ),so it has good view. Good loaction and good view.and delicious breakfast ,too. We are highly recommend this hotel to people who would like to travel to Cappadocia.
"What an amazing experience!"
Such a relaxed experience! Our host Moustafa greater us like we like never been greeted before. He gave us a tour of hotel, made us tea and gave us a ton of information about hot air balloon rides and twriling dervishes and then made the reservations for us. The hotel rooms are all unique and several wonderful decks with amazing views . Great location

My husband and I stayed here in December of 2012--it was my favorite hotel in Turkey! The climb is steep and tough with bags but completely worth it. We stayed in room 3, which has beautifully arched walls and a great view of town. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They booked a tour of the Ihlara Valley for us, as well as the bus to our next destination. We took advantage of their laundry service as well, since this was the midpoint of our trip. The food was so delicious. Breakfast is included with the price of the room (and as others have mentioned, the omelet is to die for--I've been trying unsuccessfully to recreate it at home). You can also request a homemade dinner and it was completely worth the splurge--we took advantage of it two nights in a row and they were a couple of the best meals we had in Turkey. The dining room is a great place to meet other travelers as well--we had a great time with new friends from Malaysia. We highly recommend!

We had just left canyon view hotel, and have had a wonderful time staying there! Great view, delicious breakfast, but the best of all is the owner, Mustafa, and his friendly family! They had provided us lots of useful information which is very helpful for getting around the area, highly recommended for people who would like to experience the typical cave hotel!!!!

A real cave hotel! The hotel is in a great location, has a wonderful view. Göreme is surely the best of all the cities in Cappadocia. When searching for hotels in Cappadocia, be careful as many cave hotels are not real, are fake. And many do not offer an interesting view. Canyon View is wonderful, a different and amazing experience in a cave who has even a church, very old. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a very exotic decorative feature. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly. No need to schedule tours with agencies, the hotel´s owner even offer you exclusive hotel in tours with prices well below market. The breakfast is simple, but very traditional.
"Genuine, personal cave hotel with great location"

Perfect situated with magnificent view over Göreme from the terrace. This is a real cave hotel. The brothers who runs it grew up here. It is truly genuine. Breakfast was the best in our whole one month stay in Turkey. Don't miss the omelett! But the best of it all is the way we were taken care of. So genuinely helpful with everything. I.e. Driving us to a nice spot (without charging) so that we could hike back through different magic valleys. The older brother is a balloon pilot so if you want to fly, talk to him. He is really good and gives you a fantastic and personal experience. Staying at his hotel gives you discount price and also, maybe, the opportunity to fly in one of the smaller balloons which is more fun. We stayed five nights and loved every minute of it.

The hotel had been recommended by my daugther , and it paid off!! The hotel has a perfect location, very clean and comfortable , but what really amazed us was the hospitality of the owners. It is run by two brothers , Mustafa and Seyt, who really proved to be very nice and helpful. They organized the tours for us , provided transport from and to the airport, gave us important tips about the place and were always willing to give us information if asked. One of the brothers, Seyit, is also a balloon pilot , and we enjoyed a lot our flight with him (a lot of fun, but always professional).Breakfast is delicious, you should try the omellete ! Just one word to define our staying : amazing! Lucille M. from Brazil

Sleeping in a cave is exciting enough but one decked out with beautiful Turkish antiques, a comfy bed to enjoy after a day's tramping the wondrous Cappadocian landscapes and a decent shower is a lovely thing. Göreme is a brilliant town and a great base for exploring the region while this joint is just a couple of hundred yards from the town square and all the things you need. The onwer's brother is a balloon pilot and a safe choice to choose when contemplating that favourite local activity - ready yourself for a 5 o'clock start though!
"Nothing is too much trouble"

Absolutely brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and the impeccable service left us confident that balloon flights run by the Urgup company as recommended to us by the owner's brother Seyit would be tip top. The breakfast has dried mulberries which are delicious and were a new one to us and the view over the town is magical.
"Best hotel in Goreme"
10/03/13 Chris C Muscat, Oman
Canyon View was a fantastic choice, this is a small family owned and run hotel with great 360 views around Goreme. Apart from the excellent location the hotel offers friendliness , charm, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. Our cave room was clean, comfortable and interestingly decorated with many Turkish carpets and artefact's ,with all mod cons. The brothers who run the hotel are very helpful, arranging two excellent day trips for us, Mustapha also has an interesting collection of rugs and Seyit pilots one of the hot air baloons. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.
