      Like most Windsor the staff are great, friendly, and helpful. Most speak English. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food but it's certainly not at the level of Windsor Atlantica. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and they're certainly better than other 3.5 star hotels in the area. On the other hand, the bathrooms are rather spacious. It's in a good location right on the border of Copacabana and Leme, though not facing the beach it's about a 5 min walk. I prefer Windsor Atlantica, but this is a great alternative to the 4 and 5 star hotels if you want to save a bit of money.

      Pros: Excellent Front Desk Staff. They all courteous, speak english and very helpful to your needs. Room service is great. Unless there are people ahead of you for service Good value for money. Good Amentities. Cons: Breakfast buffet is okay little expensive Room service menu is strictly ok. compared to hotels in US. Location is strictly ok. There is a shop opp the hotel but no restaurants,pharmacy, convienence store etc close by. It isn't a happening neighouborhood. It's kind of far from the Mall and other parts of the city.

    The Granada did the job adequately. We visited Rio during New Year, when a lot of hotels were booked and prices were very high. The Granada was not a beautiful hotel and the service at the front desk was fine but their knowledge of general tourist information (for example directions to major sightseeing events were given in a confused way sometimes). […] The benefits were that the price was lower than international hotels; the breakfast spread was good; the neighborhood was very convenient for nightlife in Lapa; the room was clean.     Ótimo hotel, com boa localização, atendimento perfeito, a hospedagem só não foi perfeita porque acredito que a central de hospedagem cometeu um equivoco hora de reservar meu quarto, que deveria ser um quarto de casal e reservaram um quarto de solteiro. Mesmo ligando mais de 12 horas de antecedencia a solução foi a mais adequada, pois o hotel acabou […] juntando duas camas box de solteiro na intenção de criar uma pseudo cama de casal.     O hotel continua em obras, o que sempre chateia um pouco. O pessoal do hotel não poderia ser mais gentil: ótimos. No banheiro tem um pino no chão para segurar a porta que é perigoso. Machucar o pé ali é fácil. Gostamos da estadia, localização excelente para o que precisávamos.

    O Hotel Granada é muito bom. As únicas ressalvas dizem respeito à : 1º A recepcionista do noturno é muito mal educada ao lidar com os hóspedes. Sinceramente, fiquei insatisfeita com o atendimento que recebi da referida funcionária. Quando cheguei ao hotel, fiquei diante dela aproximadamente 10 minutos, esperando que ela terminasse uma conversa ao telefone, […] depois ela me deu uns formulários para preencher sem ao menos dizer o motivo. Por fim entregou o cartão( chave) de acesso ao quarto e "esqueceu" de informar o caminho e o andar.
