"Pleasant Setting and Charming Family"Reviewed by Norman T of "Dallas, TX" on Apr 17, 2012
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was in an idylic country town which afforded great access to local sites such as Bath. Family was an absolute charm with homey rooms with comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast.... Would definitely stay there again....

"Beautiful place!"Reviewed by Nancy El of "London" on Mar 28, 2012
We stayed one night at this B&B on our way to Bath. It's very convenient if you have a car; parking is free and it's an easy and quick trip into the city. The place itself is absolutely wonderful. The pub serves excellent food with excellent atmosphere; the room was decorated beautifully with a very comfortable bed; and the bath was to die for! Bath was HUGE and had a fantastic deep soaking tub (with room for 2!) and huge walk-in shower. The decor of room and bath is very modern and sleek but still comfortable, and the room still has plenty of old character features. I would highly recommend this B&B for anyone staying in the area. In addition, the staff and owner are very pleasant as well.

"Perfect place to stay in Bath"
This is a great place. You are 10 minutes walkin diastase from the Bath Abbey and all that the old town offers. The staff are very accommodating and make you feel very welcome.
"Dukes Hotel, Bath - simply THE place to stay"
We have tried a few hotels in Bath, going right the way up the scale to 5*. But the Dukes Hotel excels in it's ambiance, the charm of its staff, and the superb location, just about as central as you can get with the superb Hobourne Art Museum within 3 minutes walk. The suites are well worth paying a little extra for and the whole hotel carefully reflects […] Bath's Georgian heritage. In our opinion, this is 5*. Read more
"Dukes is perfect for Bath weekend break"
we had a lovely time here and wished we could have stayed longer. It's not the cheapest option in the city but worth paying more for the location, huge bedrooms and really nice staff. We'll be back.
A great place to stay.I would rather keep it a secret. The gentleman manager was extremely helpful. The 12 noon departure was a bonus.Overall a lovely experience.
"Dukes Hotel, Bath - Central and very friendly"
We had a great stay here with very friendly staff, good food and excellent accommodation. The hotel itself is in a very quiet street and is only a 5 min walk from the town centre. It is a grade one listed building so worth a good look around. You get a permit from the hotel to park in the main street outside only yards away. I would thoroughly recommend […] a stay here.
