Great location near playa dorada beach. A little worn down but still a nice place. Good pools, great staff, lots of activities hosted. Ten minute walk to city of playa blanca or marina rubicon. Supermarket close by. The sea view room was nice but was carpeted which you don't see much at a beach hotel. Room was basic with no frills, and no fridge but other than that I would stay here again for a short trip. If you stay longer you may want to she'll out the cash for one of the five star hotel nearby.

We enjoyed our stay on Lanzarote and wished we would have been able to stay a few more days to take advantage of this resort. Sadly, the bed (or should I say two twins pushed together) left a great deal to be desired. Rock hard bed with lackluster pillows was the one thing that dampened our review of this resort. . .

Loved this hotel. The rooms were massive and spotless, the facilities were great, and the location was perfect. The neighborhood is safe, there are many restaurants, shops, a small grocery, everything you need to spend your days alternating between the pool and the beach. What could be better? The mattresses were very hard, housekeeping comes four days per week, and the toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc) were practically non-existent. Costa Teguise has dozens of cheap restaurants, but they all serve the exact same limited English pub menu. None of that was enough to overcome how great the experience was, though...

My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway for our anniversary, after a lot of research we picked this resort. Tons of positive reviews, no bad ones... Well it is a great resort, reasonably priced, the staff (except at the front desk) are really friendly and helpful. The food is okay at best. Its the same exact food for lunch and dinner, breakfast was the only change. If you are looking for a romantic getaway this is NOT it. The hotel is primarily older, retired Europeans and then there were a lot of families and small children. I love Europeans... But the younger families were smoking in the kids pool area, and in the adults area you would see a lot of naked older people. Being American... that just kind of weirded me out. Anyway when we got there I room wasn't ready. She wouldn't check us in with our name and confirmation number, they had to have a print out from Hotels.com. It was a bit of a pain and frankly unnecessary. The weather was nice, it was windy the entire time, that was my bad for not seeing that Windsurfing was big there! The scuba diving was meh. The cave diving awesome, but if you go for marine life there wasn't a whole lot. Will we go again? No. Did we have fun? Yes.

Good, clean basic appartments. Room good size with all that you need for basic catering. Pool area nice but would get very crowded in the summer. Location a bit out of the way but good restuarants nearby

I was looking for 2-bedroom room-only accommodation in Puerto del Carmen, and after looking at all the options and facilities, I settled on the Playa Club. I have no regrets about my choice, and on the whole was very satisfied. The location is just off Avenida del las Playas, near the Casino, and near the pick-up point for tours. Lots of good restaurants […] very close by, including El Palmeral, which offers a 10% discount to residents. There's also a choice of supermarkets nearby for getting foodstuffs. The apartment was clean and spacious, but was a bit tired, so some updating and modernisation would not go amiss. It was a bit chilly at nighttime in April, so we needed to use the blankets provided, but they were not as clean as we would have liked. Sheets we fine and were changed once during our week's stay. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay, got value for money paid, and made good use of the included WiFi Internet. Read more

Hotelli yllätti positiivisesti, Lähellä rantaa ja siistit piha-alueet. Huoneisto oli suuri ja viihtyisä. Viihdyimme hyvin ja nautimme lomastamme. Olimme ensimmäistä kertaa Lanzarotella. Yllättäen saimme respassa myös suomenkielistä palvelua!

Rolig og fint hotell med bra beliggenhet i Puerto del carmen. Ingenting å notere verken på renhold eller service. Resturanten tilhørende/ved siden av hotellet er noe medioker. og jeg vil heller anbefal andre restuaranter i området. Casino og den flotte restauranten cafe La Ola like over veien fra hotellet og gangavstand til sjømannskirken, kjøpesenter, […] strand og butikker. Hotellet holder normalt bra standard, og Aquarsis spa som ligger på hotellområdet er også å anbefale etter en sliten dag. Har vært på dette hotellet to ganger, og har merket meg at det er noe forskjell på senger og kjøkkenutstyr i leilighetene. Noen leiligheter har feks. stekespade, mens andre mangler o.l. Sengen første gang vi bodde her var bra, mens de var litt i overkant harde den siste gangen vi var her. Read more
