From your very first view of the Laguna de Apoyo, you know you are in a very special place. The Villas, tucked unobtrusively in the hillside overlooking the Laguna, are some of the most unique hotel accommodations in Nicaragua. We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas and apartments, some with fully equipped kitchens, to accommodate whatever size of group you may have. The Villas are situated in the dry tropical forest of Nicaragua which is home to Howler monkeys and a variety of tropical birds.

The Villas offers our guest many opportunities to enjoy the Laguna de Apoyo with biking, hiking, sailing and kayaking. We also have wireless internet in our lobby area for your convenience. There is a beautiful infinity pool near the top of the property with amazing views and a great restaurant to enjoy all your meals. The Villas at Apoyo is an ideal location for weddings, yoga retreats, business conferences, church retreats or any other special event you may need.
Fully Furnished Villas
The Villas offer 4 apartments and 42 one, two and three bedroom villas. All are comfortably furnished and have fully equipped kitchens so that you can prepare simple snacks or gourmet dinners. All units have patios or balconies where you can sit and watch the Howler monkeys and a large variety of tropical birds swooping through the jungle. All of our units have a king size bed, and depending on size, two twin beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have large baths with a shower/tub combo.
