The motel was clean, comfortable and well priced. I would stay here again. It was also walking distance to town.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, in fact I thought about not going in, but it was very clean, and very comfortable. Had a 42 inch flat screen. It is an older motel, but it was quaint, and most of all, clean and comfy. Loved the shower. Great water pressure. I would stay there again.

So so at best. The room was clean enough but very hard old pillows and beds. Had a room right by the road that was very noisy so sleeping wasn't great. Looks nice from outside. Convenient to I5. Breakfast not worth even looking at. Their signs say updated which was true for our bathroom which was very nice. The room itself not so much. Carpet was nasty and smelled of urine. Bedding is very worn and stained however sheets were clean. Mattresses old but somewhat comfortable. Cheap but not cheap enough […] for what u get. The hotel was as rated on the Hotel.com site. It is an older motel but nicely upgraded and clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood and just a short distance from Granzellas Restaurant which has wonderful home-style food. The continental breakfast at the motel was adequate. We would stay at this motel again.

Terribly old and run down. There was a futon in our room with a very dirty sheet over it and a filthy microwave sitting on a table. Throw it away! The sheets and towels were more so old and dingy they were brown. Thankfully we had planned on camping and had our own bedding. Yuck.

Perhaps I failed to read the fine print, but I was charged $10 for my pet. The bathroom didn't get any air conditioning so in order to stay cool while showering the door had to be left open. 1 small bar of soap provided. No shampoo / conditioner. Heater was loud when on. When it relayed off it went back on 30 seconds later, all night long. The room was clean and tidy.

the office reeked with the smell of curry- the room was musty-the heater had no knob to adjust the temperature-it has the hardest bed i've ever tried to sleep on- one of the pillows was hard as a rock- the oj that was given for breakfast was maybe sunny D at best.

You can smell that it has been recently cleaned when you enter the room, although there was a few little things that could have been cleaner (I found so questionable smelling dirt on one of the chairs, like someone had thrown thier dirty hunting/horseback riding/hiking gear onto it and no one wiped it off). I was on my way back from California and needed a room for just one night. I was very pleased with my experience with this Motel, check in was fast and easy, rooms although very small were very comfortable and clean. My problem was that it was extremely cold, as was the weather outside, but the room heater does not seem to heat the room enough overall […] and the noise from the fan was very loud. Bed linens were more or less the type you would expect in the summer and I finally had to resort to sleeping with a sweater over my flannel P.J's in order to get warm. Considering the price I was satisfied with the stay as it was just overnight and will be sure to stay there during my trips to California in the summer. Read more

Hotel was in fair condition, but was clean and quiet. Beds were fairly comfortable, but if you like a firm bed, you'll be diappointed. AC units were old, and somewhat noisy, but worked well. New flat screen TVs were nice. Coffee, refrigerator and microwave in the room are definitely plusses. Staff was friendly. Good value for the price.

We booked this hotel after reading reviews about it being a 'jewel'. Yeah, right. This place was cheap! Could it really be a jewel? To my surprise, it was. I mean it's no Ritz Carlton, but it was clean and very quite. It appeared to have been remodeled in the past year or so and had cable and a large flat screen t.v. I was VERY happy with this hotel. […] I hope the owners/managers keep it this nice. The room had a mini-fridge and nice big shower (sorry bath people). No little niceties like shampoo and conditioner, kleenex and such so be sure to pack your own. This is a standard mom&pop motel, very convenient from the highway, next door to a small grocery and Mexican restaurant. Pros: the room was clean, the air conditioner worked very quickly, the rooms were quiet, the neighborhood was decent, it was very easy to find, the owners were nice. Cons: no courtesy shampoo, breakfast was cereal, Sunny Delight […] (fake OJ) and mass produced pastries (I chose a boiled egg tho, yum!) with instant coffee in the room. The beds were a tad hard for my husband. There were a couple spackled spots on the wall that were not painted, but overall the place was well-kept and clean. We got breakfast at Granzella's, and it was so big and sprawling -- we were glad we stayed where we did and supported the smaller business. If you're looking for a nice cheap place to stay, this is perfect! It was just what we were looking for. (One of the reviews gave this 1 star, but the text of the review itself sounded great.
