Very couteous staff, breakfast is outstanding, room views are perfect. For the money it is the best value I get in all of Europe. I would highly recommend staying here whether you fly into either airport in Istanbul.

We checked in late night coming from Zurich and we were welcomed by Ishmael and his assistant. Since we have our sleepy 3 year old daughter with us, he got us a family room right away and took care of our luggages and gave us 4 extra pillows. I asked for a bottle of wine to unwind and was told that they don't serve alcohol in the hotel but willing to go to the store for me. I told him it was not necessary. The service is superb from the front desk, housekeepers and to breakfast staff. The only thing missing is a lift to go to the rooftop for breakfast, otherwise it has great view.

We requested smoke-free rooms, but quickly learned that smokers were above us, next to us and the smoke permeated every room in the Hotel. There was no smoke-free area in the Hotel. The hovering workers in the breakfast room reminded us of Russia during the Communist era.

The hotel was beyond clean. People is very kind. Very large parking area and a very big parking place under the hotel. Even if the hotel is in Asian side, you can do your business in european side and can stay here as it is very easy to reach after the 1st bridge. And of course it is familiar to person that stays in holiday inn, nearly the same like […] in US except people is kind and hotel is clean in istanbul. A very tidy and clean hotel. Staff are so friendly. Although the location is faraway from the heart ot the city, it is a close distance to one of the biggest shopping malls. Surely, this hotel should be on the top of next visit choices.

Hotellet ligger langt fra centrum, omend en taxa kun tager 20-30 min afh trafik. Området er kedeligt og man skal derfor kun tage dette hotel hvis man ønsker at være i netop dette område. Ellers er værelserne rummelige, pæne og alt fungerer fint
