friendly staff, good lacation. GPS won't pick up address in Spanish, only Basque. They need to change their address to the Basque version on their website.

Very nice hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Confidently close to bus depot if you want to take side day trip. But unfortunately it is a long 20 min walk to the heart of the city. Doing it once or twice would be fine, but more than that it is rough.

We had a very enjoyable stay, the room was very comfortable and included the expected amenities for a hotel of this category. The views of the Concha bay were great from our room and the staff was always willing to assist us with our requests. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Sebastian.

Having read previous reviews, we knew that the owner spoke almost no English. Despite this, we managed to communicate quite well. The house is extremely... charming and rustic, with heaps of character. There's a lovely garden to sit in, and you can buy local wines for very very reasonable prices. The room was very comfortable and very charming. A basic breakfast is provided in the morning, where we drank the best orange juice either of us have ever tasted! Vi var på väg till Rioja och tog in "efter vägen". Hotellet överraskade oss verkligen, bl a med en 6 rätters middag på kvällen värdigt ett lyxhotell. Fin omgivning med möjlighet att vandra. Rekommenderas varmt!

This is more of a bed and breakfast. The owner was really cool at stayed up until 1230 am (00:30) when we arrived to check in. Our room (#5) was fine, but not as elegant as the rooms shown in the pictures. It sits between several other really cute Basque-style houses. He didn't speak French or English, but he was very friendly and we managed in the […] end. The house is tricky to find, but there are only a few houses on the street in this remote city. Es una casa rural muy bonita esta todo muy limpio y la amabilidad del propietario es excepcional, tiene un paisaje precioso, esta en plena naturaleza y al lado de un rio.Despues si quieres visitar alguna ciudad tienes San Sebastian y Pamplona muy cerca.
