The b&b served us well as it was ideally situated for our needs and the owner Mrs Ho was very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The decor was very dated and the room was at the top of a tiny precarious staircase but it was clean and had everything we needed.

The Guest House was clean and homely. Breakfast was lovely with a selection of fresh fruits, cereal and cooked food. My room was fine but the bed was a little uncomfortable.. The owne Ms su was a very helpful lady. The room which we stayed in was good deluxe ensuite room , toilets were really nice except the flush kept on running for some time making irritating sound. the room was big and clean.The only thing I did not like was the bed it makes a lot of noise....

Great value. Very nice proprietors. One of the best cooked breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. You have to take a short bus ride to get into city centre, but the stop is immediately outside the door and the bus runs fairly frequently. I'll definitely stay here again.

The neighbourhood is bad and dangerous - we have been attacked. It was impossible to find a save place for our car since the parking area is very narrow and not suitable for regular cars (max. 2 small cars). In the breakfast room have been bugs. The room was clean but very small.

L'accueil est vraiment très chaleureux; et on se sent bien dans cet hotel. La propreté est irréprochable mais la déco est un peu vieillote. En tous cas le petit déjeuner est copieux est typique. Enfin au niveau de l'emplacement, même si l'hôtel se trouve à bonne distance du centre historique, il est très bien desservi par plusieurs lignes de bus.

Överlag riktigt nöjd med min vistelse, trevlig familj som äger denna B&B, bra städning och frukosten var bra, i synnerhet den stora frukttallriken. Det finns fri wifi, men tyvärr är mottagningen dålig två vån. upp där jag bodde, en våning ner fungerar det perfekt. Huset är av modell äldre, men allt är rent och välskött. Ideale per turisti dediti alla visita della città, leggermente fuori dal centro ma ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Colazioni abbondanti ed energetiche, titolari cordiali e sempre pronti ad aiutarti per ogni necessità. ゆっくり滞在するには、ちょうどよいゲストハウスでした。 ゲストハウスの前に市街地へ行くバスがあり、交通の便はとてもよいです。 旅行で一番悩ましい洗濯も、ゲストハウスの向かい側にコインランドリーがあるおかげで、簡単に済ませることができます（コインランドリーとゲストハウスの経営者は同じ方です）。 タオルもふかふか柔らかく、とても気持ちがよいです。 ただ、部屋付属のシャワーの勢いが弱いため、気になるなら共用のシャワールームを使用した方がよいかもしれません。あと、２階の部屋を利用すると、階段がとても急なので、スーツケースの持ち込みに難儀するかもしれません。 朝食は、とてもおいしいかったです。ロンドン市内のホテルからきたのですが、比べものにならないくらい美味しくて、感激しました。 ゲストハウスの夫妻も […] とても良い方だったので、またエディンバラを訪れる際は、ぜひ利用してみたいな、と思いました。 Read more
