On the border of the Peak District
Set in a working farming village in the vale of Bradfield, on the outskirts of Sheffield. It is a very quiet area ideal for walking, bird watching, fishing and cycling. Quite close by are a number of reservoirs which you can walk round, or you can go a little further afield and walk on the wonderful moors.
Beautiful countryside views
Built around 1813 and retains much of its original character. Split into 3 areas, all with open fires.
There is the snug which over looks the beautiful countryside and has a view over Sheffield; on a good day you can see far and beyond. The lounge at the front of the pub is spacious. The family room, also at the front of the pub, is a separate area, ideal for families, and especially smaller children as there is a child’s gate at the entrance, which can be closed to keep the little ones safe.
There are 3 comfortable en-suite bedrooms. One Double and two Twin rooms.
Each room is located at the rear of the property, in their own annex over looking the wonderful countryside. All ground floor.
