The Corus was a good value for the money - especially after walking into some of the other private hotels in the area....the room was clean and spacious by European standards. The towels were a little worn as was the carpet and the upholstered furniture - but the bed had crisp linens and the bath was very clean. With little time spent in the room, I would consider staying there again for the price.

I think the photos of this hotel are the best parts, the other parts of the hotel like the bar area and the meeting rooms are fairly run down looking. over all for the money it was nice enough though.

Hotel was fine for my one night stay - close to M25 but couldn't hear the traffic, free wi-fi, plentiful parking, shower powerful enough, friendly staff - something needs to be done about creaky floorboards though

Hotel is meant to be in a period of refurbishment so allowances were made for the condition of room. As it was, the room was ok, no worse than a Premier travel inn room. The reception staff and bar staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome, however the evening restaurant staff did not come over friendly or approachable at all. The food in the […] restaurant was very poor, however the food from the bar (yes all cooked in the same kitchen) was very good. They should stick to the bar food as they did do that very well. Eating in the restaurant was slightly uncomfortable due to the size of the room, it would suit a large party probably, unfortunately the bar is not big enough to accommodate all the people who wish to eat there. The room was very good value for the three of us and adequate. Clean and everything worked. We didn't use the restaurant , but the ham egg and chips in the bar was good. The bar couldn't show the Norwich arsenal game but could play loud drum and bass music. The bar gave the impression that they sold bitter, but it was off as we're the not so editable […] John smiths. This was a over night stop over. Looked ok on the internet. Arrived 11pm after a long day, was booked in quick and went to my room, had a shower, pulled back the duvet to jump in to bed and found blood and hair on the sheet. guess they think its ok to use the sheet more than once. got dressed and went to reception, was given another room with clean […] sheets.
