      We enjoyed Steve (the hotel!) very much. We stayed in Room 101, one of their small suites with a sofa room, for a reasonable cost. It was a very nice room, in a great location on the city's charming center. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in the hotel's dining room and the adjoining Slovak restaurant. The only things that kept this from being a top-rank experience: no elevator (stairs even to the reception booth - and we had a lot of luggage), and no refrigerator or microwave in the suite. But these are really quibbles. For the price, the Steve was a nice place in a great location with great staff!

    Overall I was very happy with the hotel, we found the staff very helpful, one lady booked a spa treatments or us. We found the location ideal just seconds... from the main street however it was quite noisy at night time so if you have a family I'd ask for a room at the other end of the hotel, but if you would like constant wifi ask for a room just over costa 111 ish that area We got parking just beside the hotel for a very reasonable price and we could take it in and out as we pleased. If your extremely fussy book somewhere else but If you just want a comfortable bed in a clean room it's more than adequate by a Hotels.com guest on 02/26/12

    Хороший бюджетный отель. В номерах чисто, есть всё самое необходимое. Завтраки для бюджетного отеля хорошие. Внимательный персонал на ресепшене. Отличное месторасположение в самом центре города. Обязательно остановимся в этом отеле ещё раз.

    Hotel was in great place at the centre of Zakopane. We came by bus to the bus station and the hotel was easy to find when you had to only walk to the end of the street. The room in the hotel was very nice and the wiev was to the main walking street.
