The lighting was difficult for applying make-up--too many shadows. The shower was not good for us--too much water on the floor and too slippery. Were we in a handicap room? The location was peaceful with parks and easy access to public transportation.

Good value overall - and no complaints. Clean and quiet, friendly staff. Close to CBD and sporting venues, as well as to the many restos and shops in Chapel st and Bridge Road.I will stay there again.

The hotel was what it said it was, 3 star - we stayed in economy with no en-suite which was ok as the bathroom were close by. The stay was comfortable enough, the rooms and bathrooms are very basic and walls are thin. On the plus side it is within walking distance of the MCG and the arenas and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
