      I had to make a very short trip (2 days) to Marseilles from San Francisco and needed a place to assure me of good sleep, access to WiFi, and a good breakfast. The Palm Beach which is right on the water provided all of these plus a very relaxing resort-like atmosphere. The hotels only drawback is its location - well outside the city center. I am sure this is not a problem for the bulk of its European clientele but it is a drawback for those of us who love to walk and explore the city.

    The room was nice as well the breakfast buffet provided. However during our stay there we had no WIFI for the entire time which was really disappointing. Other than that the location is a bit far away from the centre however we had hired a car so were fine.

    Great hotel, metro ride to vieux port, 5 min walk if even to metro, 4 stops away to vieux port- the main tourist spot in marseille. Free wifi and breakfast, rooms were clean and nice. Would recommend, for the price you cant ask for anything more.

    The All Seasons Timone is well located, less than 5 minutes walk from the metro system and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to Marseille Vieux Port (the old town). There is also a taxi rank right opposite the hotel as well as some shops. The hotel is brand new, so very clean. However I found the bed to be a bit hard. Small bathroom, but well appointed […] (walk in shower). What I like is breakfast and WIFI , tea & coffee station are all inclusive in room rate. Breakfast is a continental selection and you can squizze your own orange juice (can get fresher than this). Love it! Team members are nice too. Overall a great hotel with good transport links not far from town centre. A good base if you do not wish to pay full price when staying in Marseille. Read more

Cependant, 2 POINTS NEGATIFS : aucun rangement dans la salle de bain, on ne peut même pas poser sa trousse de toilette, (d ailleurs on ne peut rien y poser pas de porte manteau non plus.) et la salle à manger est un peu petite.

Pas de parking pour voiture trop grosse (308 break), n'acceptent que les petites voitures... donc se garer au partking de l'ibis situé 200m plus loin. ce parking est sans doute l'un des 3 plus étroits jamais utilisés. D'ailleurs les murs sont couverts de traces de véhicules qui […] ont "touché". donc, hormis si vous accompagnez un proche pour quelques jours à l'hopital de la Timone situé presque en face, oubliez !!! endroit sans intérêt, bruyant, difficile d'y circuler et de s'y garer. sinon, c'est un "Ibis Style" (All Seasons), classique.     Är nöjd med vår övernattning på hotellet. Fräscha moderna rum och en helt godkännd frukost. Hotellet ligger kanske inte så mysigt till med utsikt över ett stort sjukhus bl.a. och ganska dött område runt omkring men för oss som bara skulle övernatta var det perfekt till det priset!
