      Great stay - difficult to find this B&Bin the dark, but definately a perfect place with wonderful hosts! Would recommend to anyone, even for me as a business traveller!

      Hotel has been modernly refurbished. Extremely nice room. Food at the bar was adequate and the staff was professional and friendly. Cant imagine a nicer place for the price in SIttingbourne

      Everything was clean and comfy, and the breakfast delicious. Also had dinner there which 2 out of 3 enjoyed. Near a busy motorway, but we used the fan provided in our room to mask the sound, which wasn't too bad anyway.

      The hotel is located near Maidstone, about an hour's drive to London or to the Dover coast. It is not difficult to find, and has easy access to the motorway. The hotel is old but in good condition, with a restaurant, bar and large lounge area. The bedroom was adequate for a short stay, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, though not full English.

    Nice room, nice breakfast. Was supposed to be a romantic night away but didn't realise the hotel was on a university campus. Is more of a business conference centre than a romantic weekend for two venue.

    This hotel is in an old manor house and has been turned into a conference center with rooms to stay in. It reminded me of a university guest house--no frills, but clean. The only real complaint I have is that it is not close to any cafes or shops.
