Nouvo City Hotel - Bangkok

Nouvo was nice for quick stay. The bathrooms were somewhat dirty, mainly the showers and the wifi was hit or miss. The main appeal of the hotel was their rooftop pool and spa. That to me was the best part of the hotel. Very relaxing. It was very close to khao san road and tons of temples. Probably would return if i was back for a short stay

This hotel does not sell or serve any alcohol. So, if you go to the pool bar expect juice. Took a girl back to my room after a night of partying, that was a 500 baht charge. Other than those two issues the hotel is awesome. Amazing food at the breakfast buffet. It's about 5 blocks from Khao San Rd.

Centrally located in old town. Lovely area to walk around. Hotel was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was extremely clean. Available agent for tours, shuttle to and from airport, and easily attainable shuttle from hotel to port.

I enjoyed my 1-night stay at this hotel-- clean, modern facilities and friendly staff. Not in the thick of things neighborhood-wise, and no walkable access to the train, but all in all a pleasant final night in Southeast Asia before my flight home. Loved the rooftop lounge.

For our last night in Bangkok my friends and I wanted a nicer place. The hotel was great. great location, friendly service, nice and clean rooms, and a wonderful hot shower. We had to leave before breakfast started in the morning, so they packed us something to go. They offered us a free drink upon checking in, which turned out to be non-alcoholic, […] but still a nice gesture. Hotel was clean and location was good as it was close to Kaosan Road and a couple of kilometers to the grand palace. The room was clean, but otherwise not very special. We really enjoyed the quiet garden on the rooftop. Although we didn't use it, the pool and the fitness center on the roof top looked decent as well. The Spa is way overpriced, but looked […] nice. Breakfast was included and had a fairly good variety. My major criticism is the service. Knowing about all the scam in SE Asia, we always had a good experience when asking the hotel staff to order a reliable taxi for us. Not so at this hotel. The taxi that the hotel ordered for us had a manipulated meter. I assume that the hotel was not very helpful in ordering a good taxi for us as they wanted to sell us their own shuttle service to the airport which we declined as it would have been much more expensive than a regular taxi or alternative transportation. We enjoyed our stay at the Nuovo City Hotel. It is modern, clean, and has many amenities. The neighbourhood is safe and interesting--many street stalls and family homes. Although in the old city, a taxi is the best way to get around -- slow at times, given Bangkok's traffic. The hotel restaurant is pricey and does not serve beer, wine or spirits. Wonderfully air-conditioned; free wi-fi; helpful and knowledgeable staff. Three small quibbles: there is no shade at the pool, and no air-con in the lifts, which are stifling. The beds are quite hard, but I found this to be true of everywhere i stayed in Thailand.

This is a Muslim hotel and has no booze! Great lo tho. 5 mins walk to Khao San. All the vibe and you can still get back and sleep. Most staff great. 7/11 just outside so you can buy beer.

The hotel was ok, big and clean rooms with fridge and flatscreen tv´s, although a bit more run-down than I thought from the pictures. The location is great, very close to Khao San Road and there is a great restaurant just across the street, I think it was called the cozy house. Great and cheap food, I really recommend it! Nouvo city er spesielt på grunn av plass. Banglumphoer en liten enhet i seg selv. Noen få mter under er Samsen Road med traffikk (støy) nesten dagen rundt. Flere små storefront restaurant med mat som kan sammenlignes med det beste hvis du er ikke imot gatekjøkken. Jok er veldig spesielt, 5 min spasertur fra hotellets inngang. Du er i nærheten av tre […] Blues bars, kanskje Adhere en av det beste i Bangkok, igjen hvis du er ikke imot å sitte ute på gaten. Andy er der to ganger hver uke med slide gitar og spiller musikk fra før 1940. Hvis du har front rom på 4rde etasje oppover har du et bilde av gamle Bangkok og ikke det som finnes i 5 stjerner Hotell ellers i Bangkok. Alt er lowkey; restaurant er akseptabelt. Kan sitte ute på el tre porch hvis du er ikke imot 35 og litt sol i8 ansiktet. Lett å komme i kontakt med mange Nordmenn som bør i området uten å forplikte seg, og veldig snill og kunskapsrik Travel Byrå som har linket meg til Papaya i Cha Am. Resepsjon behhelpelig - aldrig så vaskedamene på rommet, men fant dem og ga tips før vi reiste. Trim rom er neste uten poeng. Gi ****. Vil ta neste opphold i BKK samme plass. Read more

카오산 로드까지 빠른 걸음으로 7~8분 걸리는 거리. 방람푸 운하 바로 인근입니다. 호텔 시설은 좋습니다 가격대비 만족이고요. 다만 인근에 철공소?가 있는지 낮에 소음이 장난 아닙니다. 문 열어놓으면 시끄럽지만 닫으면 거슬리는 정도는 아니에요. 저흰 문열어놓는걸 좋아해서 좀 거슬렸고요. 근처에 야식밥집, 분위기 좋은 바도 있어요. 수영장은 별로입니다. 시설도 별로. 사진이 너무 잘나온거 같네요. 햇빛가리는 파라솔도 없어서 흠.. 이용객도 많지 않아요. 다시 묵을지는 생각해봐야겠습니다. 다시 가게 된다면 씨암 쪽에 묵을거 같아요.

Het beste hotel van alle verblijven in Thailand dit jaar. Een mooi hotel met super personeel. Het enige wat er aan schort is dat je maar 1 stroompunt hebt, waardoor je maar 1 apparaat kunt opladen of je moet een verdeeldoos kopen of meenemen. Dit heb ik meer hotels gezien.

태국에 들려서 4군데의 호텔을 다녔는데 그중 젤 별로이긴했지만, 카오산로드 근처의 호텔이 다들 워낙 별로라 그중 그나마 깨끗하고 새로 생긴 호텔이었어요. 근데 슬리퍼가 별로 안 깨끗해서 교환요청했었고 조식은 별로라는 평이 많아서 애초에 신청안하고 밖에서 사먹었어요. 식사가 별로이긴 한듯. 호텔식당에 사람이 별로 없어요. 아침에도 그렇고 점심 저녁 모두. 또 시암스퀘어 근처 호텔로 이동하느라 택시 콜했는데 호텔정문 벨보이가 택시 운전수에게 잘못알려줘서 이상한데로 가서 고생좀 했었죠.(지도까지 보여주면서 알려줬구만 ㅠㅠ)

카오산 로드에서 가깝다는 평을 듣고 잡았는데, 정말 잘 잡은것 같더라구요 ^^ 음식도 깨끗하고 청결하고 객실 상태도 좋았습니다. 게다가 카오산 로드에서 가까워 구시가지 구경하기에는 완전 짱이었어요. 다시 방콕에 가게 된다면 또 누보시티에서 지내게 될 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ

das hotel liegt super, mitten im alten stadtkern. es ist sauber, das personal freundlich. einziges manko: in unserem zimmer konnte das duschwasser nicht ordentlich ablaufen. wenn also die dusche länger lief stand man im duschwasser was ich nicht leiden kann. aber ansonsten war es toll. kleine anmerkung: das frühstück war sehr reichhaltig - für asiaten […] und jene die gern sauer frühstücken. für süsse gabs weniger.
