The only issue which Hotels.Com took care of was that even though I was 99% sure that I booked the 2 rooms with breakfast, the hotel told me that breakfast was not included.I reached david in your Customer Service and he was most helpful but told me that he did not see breakfast included. I requested perhaps a coupon from Hotels.com and indeed the next time I opened my email, Hotels.com sent me a $50 coupon - thanks.To avoid this -since it seemed that most rooms came including breakfast- I recommend that all the rooms you offer at the C Hotel include breakfast even at a bit higher cost.

My fiancee and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. It melded the peace and quiet of a secluded cabin with modern amenities and convenience. we could have stayed in our room for the entire trip and been happy. the views are amazing, the air fresh, the scenery beautiful, and overall sense of calmness all combined to make the location perfect. We stayed in O-live Briza Bakfar over Shabbat and we had a very pleasant and peaceful experience there. After driving from Eilat via Jerusalem to the Galilee, it was great to switch off and relax for two days. The views from Ramot is excellent and the staff (especially Kinneret) was very helpful.

The beautiful O-live Briza Bakfar resort is situated in the quaint town of Ramot on the north-eastern side of the Galilee. The town is a quiet little moshav that shuts down for the Shabbat and is the perfect place to break away from the bustle of everyday life and have some quiet time. The resort is part of the exclusive O-live group and has various […] type of wooden cabins and houses available. Th accommodation is well kept up and clean and is serviced every day, even on Shabbat. A good Israeli breakfast is included and although we have not visited the spam it seems to be very popular. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even though some of them is not very fluent in English. We really enjoyed our stay (our second in three visits to Israel) and we will definitely return if we are ever in the vicinity. Read more
