Las Suites - Mexico City

This hotel was quite a surprise the minute we stepped foot into the lobby. The entire design and ambience made you feel at ease and eager to see our suite. This was my 4th stay here in the past year. Since I am usually here for several weeks at a time, having a room with a kitchen is a real plus. The bed is super comfortable - especially compared to the other hotels in Mexico City I've stayed at. The staff is quite helpful (although I miss the women at the front desk in the evening who are no longer there). […] The breakfast has a nice assortment of fresh fruits, meats and cheeses, pastries and yogurt. Nice, clean and modern hotel. Room nice and big, female staff not as kind as male staff, still helped in arranging excursion, sight seeing. Breakfast european style, good. Had 5 days in the hotel, felt great.

Good service and nice installation.

We had an incident where my unlawful was walking down the stairs that lead to the reception and he tripped on the raised floor that follows the last step of the stairs. He was really hurt enought to cause his blood pressure to drop and he ended up fainting to the ground. He came back of it after CPR and alcohol to his nose. A doctor was called to check […] on him and his foot and she prescribed some medicines and have him a shot. Management did not refund us for the doctors visit and were not even interested in apologizing for their unfinished floor instead they had an employee say they were sorry and told us to use the ramp from the garage to come into the hotel! It's a shame it was a nice little hotel but management/ building mistakes costed us more than the doctors visit , try touring around Mexico with a swollen ancle. Read more

Very nice property!

Most taxis had a problem to find hotel The hotel is high tech in the theromostat, telephone. The two hotels computers . one was down and the second one u couldn't get the@ key to work. The computer is not geared to the US standards but Spanish. Very nice room and bed.

A great hotel, the wifi was a little spotty at first, but after a few calls it was okay. The rooms were great it was like living in a condo. extremely modern. The staff was great they no problems with me bringing guests to my room, which was a plus!!!!! unlike other hotels that frown on that kind of thing.

This was a pleasant surprise. Location is very safe. Two of us could walk on the streets till 9:00pm. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are modern and have kichenette. Very efficient and elgant place.

IT WAS A WONDERFUL STAY, VERY QUIET AND COMFORTABLE, THE TURKISH BATH AND SAUNA ARE GREAT (as well as the massages). I WOULD HAVE LIKED A BETTER BREAKFAST. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR A SHORT OR LONG STAY.

I have absolutely no qualms about giving my highest recommendation to this hotel. It is ultra modern with an upscale European feel to it. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and there was always someone at the front desk who spoke excellent English. My suite was large with a balcony that overlooked their outdoor garden area. It was […] well-equipped with everything I needed for my two-week stay. I found the entire hotel to be incredibly relaxing and peaceful in an otherwise hectic city. Although I did not have time to use their equipment, the health club had an excellent variety of machines. The steam room and sauna opened onto a beautiful garden area, and the pool on the roof had great views of the city. The free parking garage - for those courageous enough to drive in Mexico City - is a real bonus in a city that has more cars than parking places. For those who prefer using taxis, the ones at the hotel offer better prices than any others I have used in the city. The continental breakfast had an excellent assortment of fresh fruits, cereal, yogurt, bread, pastries, meats and cheese. There was always hot coffee available - day and night. As a single woman I found the surrounding area to be extremely safe, and I frequently went walking in the early evening to the assortment of restaurants within a few-block radius. Very nice hotel, with lovely rooms, great big rooms and very nice location just in the middle of the nice places in Polanca. Can truly recommend this hotel!

Spent one week staying here. Business visit. Very convenient for Polanco shops, restaurants and museums. Staff were helpful and courteous. Free Wifi in rooms, and free basic breakfast.

The very comfortable and spacious room to enjoy a week's stay. The breakfast in the morning was also great. For the (inclusive) price, it was a bargain. The hotel has a very modern and classy look, but the abundance of hard surfaces means that noise from the foyer can travel. It wasn't so much as to interfere with my sleep. Muy satisfechos en general con el Hotel. Moderno, cómodo, con todas las instalaciones necesarias y un diseño excelente. La única queja: El intercomunicador de la puerta de entrada no funcionaba y el vigilante no siempre estaba en la caseta para abrir la puerta. La recámara muy agradable, las sábanas muy confortables, menos sala y mas recámara hubiera estado excelente. El desayuno muy pobre. Nos hubiera gustado pasar mas tiempo en el hotel.

El hotel está bien ubicado, tiene un diseño muy moderno y la habitación espaciosa, moderna y limpia. El staff sin embargo es muy amateur y se nota la falta de una dirección profesional. Cuesta mucho que le consigan a uno un taxi y el servicio del restaurant es deficiente.
