Very nice staff, good location, clean, confortable beds and nice rooms. I would highly recomend and is walking distance to Opera metro.

Nice place. Walking distance to metro. If you do not have heavy suitcases then take the metro from Airport instead of cabs. Great spread for Breakfast buffet. We had a suite. Only one bathroom. An extra half bath would be prefect or at least an extra sink (instead of a lot of cupboard space). Friendly and helpful staff.

"Descubrimiento en el centro de madrid"
Fui con mi pareja porque el precio era más barato que otros hostales y hoteles en la zona y al ver lo bien decoradas q se encontraban las habitaciones nos convencimos por completo. Lo mejor de todo fue el trato que recibimos por parte de lyly que ha de ser la jefa, ya que nos dio un habitación con dos camas xq todo estaba completo y sin nosotros comentarla […] nada nos propuso cambiarnos al día siguientes, cosa que hizo, una habitación cojonuda (grande limpia y bonita). El día que dejamos la habitación nos permito salir lo mas tarde que quisimos incluso dejamos allí las maletas para poder disfrutar de madrid.el sitio bien, trato y hsbitaciones genial!!!! "Bra beliggenhet , men..."
Bra beliggenhet, sentrlalt men rolig. Hyggelig dekorert. Minuset var at rommet luktet røyk og den lå i siste etasje med kun et takvindu og dermed dårlig ventilasjon. Om morgen da jeg sto opp var det ikke vann pga byggearbeid på stedet. De ga ikke noe informasjon om dette på forhånd.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
