The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean. There is no sofa beds in the rooms or cotts for your children i would not consider this hotel kid friendy hotel !!!. We made palletts on the floor with blankets for the kids. Front desk staff could use a little more training on credit card use they really messed up my bill ....

Very attractive furnishings and decor. Minor problem with missing door hook and blowdryer in bathroom. Staff very accommodating with a late checkout (in fact suggesting it as we enquired about valet parking rules in relation to our checkout) even with influx of Alamo Bowl fans coming in.

1. No free parking... everything is metered or valet. 2. Valet had horrible attitude. 3. Continental breakfast has NO PROTEIN! 4. ALL food service on styrofoam (bad for health, bad for environment) 5. Room too sterile feeling; uncomfortable. 6. In room amenities non-existent - only cheap horrible coffee. SO overpriced!

Great location downtown. Easy to get to from the highway. Nice. Pretty quiet, even with the club across the street. Good price. Good for business travelers. You must valet park though.

This was a very nice place, especially for the money. Yes, parking is a little on the high side but it is the heart of San Antonio. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was a nice treat. Our family of 4 had a very nice stay at this hotel. Nice room, great, healthy breakfast, nice staff, etc...Hotel only offers $21 valet parking but I noticed there were many spots to park along streets or in nearby lots for less dollars. Exercise Room had nice equipment & free weights just enough for a quick workout. Pool clean but on small side. I like […] to eat healthy so bananas, apples, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, plain oatmeal with walnuts and a little maple syrup fit the bill (I did not eat all this but they had). AND the coffee is decent. The only drawback during our stay was the music coming from a dance club near the hotel. Lucky I had my white noise to drown out but you could still hear the beat 5 stories up. If you are not a clubber make sure you stay on the other side of the hotel if you are there for a weekend stay. I stayed here with my husband and mom. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to everything and very clean. The pool was ok but didn't get a lot of sun. The breakfast was free and had good choices. The wifi was free also. The only things we found a little weird was no safe or fridge […] in the room. The only downside to the hotel was the steep parking fee of $21 per night. I'm sure there was cheaper parking around but didn't want to risk it with a rental car. Great hotel located at Alamo Plaza and is just a few blocks away from the Riverwalk. The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Not thrilled that only valet parking is available there at $21.00 a day, plus tax.

The hotel was only a couple blocks walk from the Alamo and another block or 2 to the River Walk. We took advantage of the hot tub and the complementary breakfast. Everything was nice.

Nice place to stay. The only thing it was lacking,was refrigerator and microwave in the room. This would of made my stay easier, due to I stayed there for 6 days and I could of save on some meals.
