Excellent airport hotel-- brand new with an interesting design, "pantry" of snacks, and complimentary homemade cookies. A welcome addition to the utilitarian, uninteresting approaches taken by most hotels that cater to airport guests.

Very disappointed. We thought that with it being a new hotel it would be fantastic. We have stayed in numerous hotels in the area and this one rates as one of the poorest. Our room was not 100% clean, but maybe they are having trouble finding housekeeping staff. No coffee in room and we could not get anyone to bring us some. Very clean and very friendly staff. Even.though it's an airport busy hotels it was extremely quiet. Great rooms for the price and very comfortable. Only downfall was restaurant was supposed to be fancy and had higher prices but food was sad. Ravioli was store bought tortellini and macaroni and cheese was literally kraft dinner for crazy amount. We had the best relaxing night and extended our stay a bit longer due to our flight schedule with no cost. Employees are very friendly and polite to us. The room is very welcoming and clean. It is an excellent stay!

Overall great place ,but! They seriously need to adjust their self closures on the room doors. The doors slam shut way too fast and loud you will constantly be woken from your sleep.

This is a new hotel a little further east than most on the road into Edmonton Airport - but well worth the distance. Shuttle service was prompt. No problem leaving vehicle over the 10 days - I recommend you request free stay over parking to be included in your room at time of booking otherwise there is a fee. Nice & clean.

Great hotel with everything you need. The ONLY bad thing is that it is the furthest hotel from all of the amenities and that it is a little obscure to get to (it is only 3 blocks further). Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel with very comfy rooms. Great service too. Even though there are no pictures, there IS a nice pool and hot tub!

Very nice. Clean. Staff was very helpful. Didn't like the bright lights showing around the curtains. Bathroom had no fan. After a shower, you have to open the door and let the steam out!

The hotel was really nice and clean but apparently they have the wrong address listed and can be bothered to change it on the website... Took a while to find it after we figured out we were lost.

The desk staff are very freindly and eager to assist. Very nice hot breakfast, as well as fruit and pastries for included. Free take out coffee in the morning. Great value for the price!!

Lovely hotel, wished it was closer to Edmonton but was happy it was close to airport leaving. The gentleman who checked me in was great. I found it sad that this beautiful hotel had such a bad tile job especially in the bathrooms. Also they had never wiped the groat of the door frame. The tile is beautiful tile, but I could not help but wonder why it […] ever passed an inspection. Everything beautiful but bad tile job really makes bathroom look old and dated and will age very fast. Think I would be looking for warranty being your so new! Read more

The rooms are quite neat and everything is new. Landscaping around the hotel hasn't been completed, but nobody really expects a scenic view in the town of Nisku. It may be a little hard to get food, unless you drive to the airport or the town centre.

We had a problem and were very far from the hotel and needed a fax sent to us, the staff bent over backwards to help us receive the fax and saved a two hour drive! the staff are very nice as is the management, the weight room is by far the best I've experienced for this type of hotel. Good location close to the airport and highway. The room rate was very reasonable, I do recommend this hotel to everyone.
