beautiful boutique hotel. Has only 12 rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was the best I've experienced thus far. Sine the hotel is very small they are able to tend to each guest on a more personal level than a typical hotel. They have a restaurant that serves excellent food also!! The only miss (and it is a very slight miss) is that […] it was a little noisy in the evening as everyone came in from there day out but it is a very small hotel so it did not last long. I had a room that faced the interior courtyard where the entrance is so that is why I believe I heard more noise. If you sensitive to a little noise, don't get room 6! When booking this hotel I was deciding between being in the city of Palma or staying outside of it. I am so glad we decided to stay in town for our first visit as it was just beautiful! The hotel is an old townhome that has been transformed into a boutique hotel--there are just 12 rooms. We rented a car to drive around the island and got lost several […] times and were able to get directions multiple times from the very patient and helpful staff. The service was amazing and they were eager to accommodate requests and make the stay memorable. Not to mention the food for dinner was some of the best I had while in Spain. This is a fabulaous 5 star hotel in the old town. The staff are outstanding and very attentive. It was my partners birthday and there was complementary Cava in our room when we returned from morning sight seeing. The bed is 'turned down' for you at night with a little tray of sweets and 'good night' card with the next days weather on placed by the bed. […] Our room was like a small suite with a large bathroom separate shower and toilet. Toiletries were replenshed daily and were excellent quality. We ate in the restaurant twice as the food was of such a good standard and not over priced. Outstanding hotel with brilliant staff. The one criticism was the layout of room 10, admittedly one of the cheapest, which was designed as "boutique" in that the bathroom and bedroom were one space, understandably to create a larger area. However, the wc was only separated by a clear glass shower door that provided neither sound nor visual privacy and […] made use uncomfortable, particularly during the night. This could be overcome by fitting double doors into the bathroom. Trying to shower standing at the end of a double ended bath with a narrow bath screen was not successful with water cascading onto the floor and the basin was chosen for style rather than use; a criticism of the designers rather than the management but not sufficient to diminish our pleasure in staying here. Lovely old building in nice part of the old town. Room sparsely furnished but comfortable bed and large bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Dinner very disappointing quality. "Inclusive" breakfast does not include anything hot - an egg incurs a supplementary charge! Very expensive for what it is.

We were woken up continually up until 2am on the 1st night by noisy neighbours in the passage (probably due to Spain having won the soccer match) - and the 2nd night early at 6am by the sound of a motorbike starting up, and then the kitchen across the alleyway - which sounded like it was in our bedroom. We had a magnificent stay in this hotel. We love Palma and decided a quick break with our one year old son would be nice. The Hotel could not be more accomodating with our special needs. (baby cot and milk etc) The Architecture and interior design is clean, smart and relaxing. I highly recomend it.

We booked a 4 night stay at the Can Cera as a last minute desicion over a cheaper hotel near the Marina and we were not disappointed. This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic building in the old town and well worth the premium. On arrival the hotel staff were extremely friendly and although we where early, we where offered a drink and a guided tour of […] the building. There are formal drawing rooms on the first floor which you are welcome to relax in with a drink and these rooms are stunning. There is also a nice looking Spa on the ground floor which you can book for private use but we didn't get time for this. The room (a double delux) whilst not huge was big enough with nice bathroom, king size bed and high ceilings. All rooms appeared to inwardly face the ground floor courtyard and ours was no exception, with large balcony / shuttered doors. The only possible down side for some people may be that due to this some noise can be heard in the room from the courtyard below, although this was never at early or late times. The restaurant is off of the courtyard and whilst we had very nice breakfasts we did not eat in the restaurant in the evening (shut Sunday and Monday) although the menu looked very nice. The location is superb for a city break, being in the heart of the old town, only a short walk behind the Cathedral, shops and the beach. In summary we will definately try to return. Read more

Bodde två nätter i maj 2013. Exceptionellt bra service, fantastisk byggnad, god frukost. Missa inte de gemensamma salarna. Det var även trevligt att låna spaet med Hammam och torbastu. Enda negativa var en något knarrig säng och den begränsade takterassen.

Läget var fantastiskt bra om man är där ett par dagar och vill strosa omkring i Palma stad. Nära till allt - shopping, restauranger, barer och sevärdheter! Hotellet är rustikt mallorquinskt vilket känns och allt var toppen, det enda som sakandes var krokar i badrum och i rummet samt att belysningen ej var dimbar. Sängen och kuddarna var otroligt sköna […] - vi sov som stockar! Vi som älskar mallorquinsk mat tyckte frukosten var utsökt. Men om man inte gillar serrano skinka, korvar, manchego ost, baguetter och ensaimadas m.m. - då finns alternativet att beställa in bla ägg och bacon. The hotel in itself is very nice. The problem is the noise. In the room you here the people talking in the patio. This was very annoying. One reason is probably that the spanish speak very loud but you shouldn't hear all this noise when you're sleeping. You also might have an issue if you have a car. Wunderschönes Hotel, modern und alt gut gemischt, Grosse und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, grosses Bad mit sep. Dusche und WC. Sehr aufmerksamer Service, gutes Essen im Restaurant. Viele Aufenthaltsräume, kleine Dachterrasse und wunderschöner Innenhof. Gehe wieder nach Palma alleine schon des Hotels wegen.
