Guangzhou Suiyun Hotel - Guangzhou

I booked two days in this hotel and checked out just few hrs after checking it.The bathroom smells very bad,very dangerous for human health.They stated that they have wireless internet,dont believe it! The location of the said hotel too difficult to find,i took different taxis before one of them could locate it.

The most friendly staff in the world. The hotel's postition was a bit far from station. Clean acceptable rooms. Canton Fair transfer system was free and convenient. All up a good experience.

Not much money for a suite. The WiFi was a bit wanting at times and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in central Guangzhou near to the Guangzhou Zoo not far from many of the main attractions in Guangzhou. It is just a short walk from the Guangzhou Metro, Zoo Station. The rooms were very clean, smell free, and air-conditioned. The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke English. I stayed at the hotel for a total of 22 nights and I was pleased every day with the hotel. Also, the hotel provided daily free and punctual shuttle bus service to the Pazhou Convention Center for the Canton Fair. The manager of the hotel was very helpful and even accompanied me to the local bank to assist me with a personal matter. There is also very good places to eat near by, there is also a very nice bakery and 7Eleven within 50meters of the hotel. I stayed in this hotel for two weeks during the Canton Fair on October, 2011. The hotel was priced so low that I was worried about what to expect. I was very impressed! Clean room, great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and located right next door to one of the best Zoos in China. Flat screen TV, high speed WiFi and a hot high shower with lots […] of water pressure and a free shuttle to and from the Fair. The manager of the hotel personally walked me to the mobile phone store to help me get my new SIM card and helped me every time I needed it. Even the maid service went above and beyond. I left a pile of my dirty laundry on the floor and without asking the maid came in and hand washed everything for me! I don't even get this kind of service in a 5 star hotel!!! The staff at this hotel is very honest. I usually tip when they take my bag to the room or provide room service. They would NOT accept my tip money! WOW! The Hotel was very Hard to Locate and it was very disappointing and the size of the Room was very small and I couldn't fit 3 Pcs of Luggage in it. I would recommend everyone to avoid this so that they don't regret later.

Cet hôtel est situé dans une rue qui longe le zoo de Guangzhou. La rue était en travaux lors de notre passage. Nous sommes demeurés là une seule nuit en attente d'un transfert. C'était très basique. Plus ou moins propre (la douche et le lobby). Les draps avaient été lavés mais on pouvait voir des taches et quelques trous dans le tissu. Air climatisé […] fonctionnait bien. La seule fille de l'hotel qui parlait anglais nous a aidé à nous procurer des billets de train. Personnellement, je donnerais plutôt entre 1 et 2 étoiles.
