This was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I've ever experienced. The hosts are lovely, the rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious and the... grounds and facilities are great, including the pool area. The breakfast was great and overall this was a fantastic stay would recommend this place to anyone, friends/ parents or strangers, i was genuinely surprised! by Rob D from Sydney, Australia on 12/22/11

My husband and I stayed at Nautilus for 5 nights in August 2011. Anneline and Mara were exceptional hosts and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. All the staff were friendly and helpful. One night as we were the only guests they offered to prepare anything we wanted for breakfast the following morning, as we didn't request anything we were […] given fresh baked bread at breakfast. We had the added bonus of being so close to tbe cliff path which we used and seeing many whales. The location of NUtilus is ideal if you do not wish to use the car during the day as it is very safe to walk around Hermanus. We will definitely be staying at Nautilus when we return to Hermanus. We cannot recommend this guesthouse too much. Read more
