I arrived in Sydney, Australia on a Sunday after a very long flight and suspected that I might have a big health problem due to the trip. The receptionist at the front desk was very caring and said she would try to find a doctor for me. She researched it on-line and found a medical clinic nearby but they had just closed (2pm on Sunday). So she left a message for the Monday morning desk receptionist to get an appointment for me. She did. I went to the clinic (within walking distance of the hotel.0 I spoke to a doctor who sent me for further tests and very fortunately, I was OK. The hotel staff was very caring and efficient. That was the first time in all my travels I've needed medical help and they were terrific!

The room was good !! We paid for a harbor view room and to say there was a view is a real reach. We were on the 10th floor of a 20 story building. There MAY have been some harbor views on higher floors but probable not. All-in-all it was a nice place and a good room in a great location.

Did not receive clean towels each day even though the note on the wall said "leave towels on floor if you want clean ones". People should be warned about the steps with no elevator.

Got scared when i entered the apartment, stains on the carpet, the paint on the wall flaking of and neverending dripping frpm all the taps. The kitchen were you should be able to cook had only a fridge and a microwave owen. BUT....the best hotelbeds i have ever slept in and friendly staff made it all work nicely. There is a laundryroom whith both washingmashines […] and dryers. The location is very good, 3 min. walk to the popular Manly beach and shops. 5 min. walk to the ferry that takes you to Sydney city, ferry takes 30 mins. I would return here thanks to cheap price, location and friendly staff. Read more
