      The good thing about this hotel is rates are rock bottom by Japanese standards. They provide a hot breakfast in the morning, though if you are vegetarian like me, you will be happy to enjoy toast, veggie salad, soup and juice. Free Wifi in the lobby was great when it worked. Sadly, the second night and morning I was there, the wifi wasn't working, and no one seemed to know how to get it up again. This inconvenience was made small because I could use the internet in the subway for free. My room, though cozy, was comfortable to sleep in, even without a heater. I just used the comforter and enjoyed my sleep. The refrigerator was useful, and being just a 5-7 minute walk from the subway, location was great. I think I would stay at this hotel again if I ever go back to Fukuoka because of price and location.

      The hotel is very close to Hakata station and the Canal City, i.e. close to restaurants and shopping. The room is very clean, and the bed is comfy. Breakfast is good and inexpensive with western and japanese selections. There is even an expresso machine.

    Good size room, very nice, clean. The location you cannot beat. Just a few minutes from Hakata Station and very easy to find. The staff was very friendly... and helpful.     Nice, modern & clean room. Super close to Hakata subway station so very convenient & easy to get around the city. Close to supermarkets, malls, etc. Would stay here again in the future!

    Small, clean, beautifully decorated modern room. Breakfast was poor - little choice and tried unsuccessfully to be western. A Japanese breakfast would have been far better.

    very nice hotel. we got a smoking room even though we both dont smoke but if you open the windows and turn on the air purifier, it manages to get most of the smell out. very close to the railway station and to canal city as well (10-15min walk). Also has a laundry on the first floor of the hotel.

    Green hotel annex has a perfect location from the Hakata train station. Rooms are well maintained, a bit small though. But consider we only spend 8hrs sleeping in the room, other attribute make up for this shortcoming. Those who need to do last minutes shopping, lots of shops around as well.

    ５月２日と５月５日の利用となりました、昨年同じ時期に１号館で御世話になりました時アネックスの存在を知りﾌﾛﾝﾄ訪問した時明るい笑顔で親切な対応をして頂き次回はここでと決めていました。中心部にありながら　安価で広さも手ごろ、清潔に保たれており満足しました。ﾁｴｯｸｲﾝ前後の荷物無料預かりも助かりました、荷物を預けたまま新幹線時刻まで身軽にショッピングができました。今後博多訪問時は必ずｱﾈｯｸｽを利用させて頂きます、ありがとうございました。

    就在博多站筑紫口出口旁，交通超方便。 樓下有全家，附近也有餐廳。房間比一般商務飯店大一些，床也非常舒適。飯店似乎是新的，東西都還很新。服務人員英文OK，溝通也比較沒問題。 整體來說真的不錯，下次來還是會把這間飯店納入選擇名單。

    シングル一泊、寝る為だけの部屋だけど快適な空間であってほしいですよね。女性に対しての嬉しいサービスが多いと思います。まずエレベーターがカードキー、部屋にはファブリーズ、加湿器、枕も高さの違う二種類用意されています。ホテルの部屋って乾燥するからいつもタオル濡らして部屋にかけたりしてたので加湿器すごく嬉しいです。あと居酒屋から帰ってきてタバコ臭くなった服に嬉しいファブリーズ♪チェックインは１３時チェックアウトが１２時でゆっくりできて最高！←帰るだけでした。博多駅目の前アクセスもバッチリ！おススメしますよ♪

    Location are very good and easy to find, the size of guest room are big enough to lay the big luaggage and still have moveable area, lighting is bright enough, size of tolet room is big enough and clean. The only comment is the maindoor which close to the station is not a glass but solid material so it was mis lead me that is not the entrance.
