The bed individual bed is too small, but the price its ok

Feels like a very clean and modern youth hostel which I stayed in when I was in my early 20's For a little more money you can get a lot better comfort in the same area.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and urbanish. The hotel room was small but served it's function. We only stayed there overnight. My only concern was that when we took a shower the entire room became a steam room making the floors wet and slippery. There was not a vent in the room or restroom. Ventilation is badly needed and due to being a high rise building […] we could not open the window (which was also foggy) Otherwise bed was comfortable. I love the fact that they are eco-friendly. Its great if you go to Cancun for business, its not the fancy hotel at the "cool" zone of hotels buy its really clean , the space its very efficient and has a great supermarket in the same building. And an ADO stop (same building too) that can take you back and forward to the airport.

to be fair the price was right and I did not consider checking into a different hotel during my 5 day stay. this is a new building and the rooms are new, they are also very small. there are three elevators but only one works and the stairs are not for non-emergency use. So be prepared to wait a long time for your elevator. the reataurant provides […] an inexpensive breakfast buffet but we ate there only once and decided to eat better elsewhere, not bad, just no selection. This is a well located, clean and inexpensive hotel good value for the money but it makes you appreciate the more expensive hotels with ambiance and little extras when you are on vacation. cheap and clean but two stars is all this one earns.... Hotel as a very peculiar style. Just the basics. Very convenient location for business or just for connection. Excellent service and good buffet breakfast.

very clean, elegant design. It's only a hotel, not a resort. so no pool and it's not close to the beach. But it's a great hotel.

THE ROOM WAS TOO SMALL, FOR 2 BEDS, THE BEDS WERE NOT COMFORTABLE HAD A PLASTIC COVER ON THE MATTRESS THAT WAS LOUD WHEN YOU TURNED OVER,

Wifi not working in my room 817 or at the lobby for IPad. Receptionist very helpful but unable to fix problem.

The hotel looks great, it placed at the centro of cancun But one thing really disappoint me a lot is the most most important thing for me which is cleanliness of the room that was not cleaned at all, but that was my room I don't know about other rooms. Other parts its ok , nice location, facilities etc.

Prons: - Location (the hotel is conjveniently located opposite a big shopping mall) - Very cheap - New hotel Cons: - Location (in case you are travelling for leisure and want to be close to the hotel area, this hotel is about 10 minutes away of the hotel area (by taxi). In case you are travelling for business purposes, this hotel might be in an ideal […] location) - Very limited english speaker staff - sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with front desk because they didn't speak good english. - Room service was really poor - we booked a double occupacy room and we were left with only one towel for a couple of days, until we asked for another one before cleaner understand that she needed to leave two towels in the room after cleaning. Also there was no trush bin anywhere in the room. - 24 Hour snack bar - this contains only limited number of snacks, list of which can be found in our room and everywhere in the hotel only in spanish (no english tranlation). One night we ordered a club sandwich without bacon and not only the sanwich came with bacon, but also the staff looked like bored to get it done. - Currency - this hotel was the only place in the whole cancun not to accept dollars. Even taxi drivers accepted dollars but this hotel only accept mexican pesos which sometimes was very inconvenient. - Room space was very limited. Read more

Wir haben dieses Hotel direkt nach der Flugankunft in Cancun in Anspruch genommen - fühlten uns in dem Hotel sehr gut aufgehoben - und können dieses weiterempfehlen. Es ist sauber und ordentlich geführt.

El hotel es perfecto para una visita corta de negocios. No tiene lujos, no tiene piscina, ni servicio de habitaciones, pero cumple los requisitos necesarios para una visita de 1 ó 2 días. Tiene internet gratuito (lento), camas limpias, baño suficiente (no tiene amenities), se accede ràpidamente, el personal es amable y además es muy barato. Hotel padrão Ibis 3 estrelas, quarto com TV LCD, Ar Condicionado, cama boa, WIFI, ducha, muito limpo. De frente ao Shoping Las Américas onde se compra mais barato que nos Shopings da zona hoteleira. Ao lado tem um supermercado onde vc pode comprar cerveja e também seu café da manhã, porque eu e minha esposa não conseguimos comer de café da manhã feijão […] com carne moída, hehehehehe. Read more

Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo, em frente ao shopping das americas, e acesso a supermercado, custo bem acessivel através do Hotéis.com.

Enkelt, greit og rent hotell. Ligger sentralt i Cancun og har direkte forbindelse med buss til flyplassen. "No frills"-hotell uten masse dilldall. Kunne gjerne vært litt bedre internettforbindelse på hotellet og hadde gjerne sett at betjeningen snakket litt bedre engelsk og at renholdspersonalet brukte hårnett når de vasket rommet (en del svarte hår […] her og der). Si trova molto facilmente. Si affaccia su una delle prime rotatorie di Boulevart Tulum entrando a Cancun dalla parte sud (provenendo dall'aeroporto). Camera pulita, confortevole e silenziosa. Design moderno, linee semplici e pulite. Vicino all'hotel è possibile usufruire di qualsiasi servizio, c'è un grande centro commerciale dalla parte opposta della […] strada, banche, e negozi di qualsiasi tipo, dove i prezzi non sono elevati come nella zona Hotelera. La colazione è completa, sia dolce che salata. L'internet point di fronte alla reception è gratuito. Abbiamo parcheggiato sempre davanti all'hotel, che comunque è dotato di parcheggio sotterraneo penso a pagamento (mai usato). L'hotel si trova a 5 km. dalle belle spiagge bianche della zona Hotelera. Lo consiglio anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo a chi deve fare tappa a Cancun per poi spostarsi. Read more

el precio me parece accesible pero en su afan de economizar el servicio es muy poco personalizado, y frio.

La habitación del hotel es ridículamente pequeña. No hay servibar, cafetera, servicio al cuarto ni suficientes toallas. No existe una cómoda o mesa, sólo una pequeñísima repisa de 15 cms de ancho. Dentro de la regadera no pueden extenderse los brazos a los lados y el drenaje no funcionaba bien. La cama aunque pequeña, cómoda. A localização do Hotel Ibis Centro é ótima; fica no centro da cidade, com fácil acesso a transporte para a zona hoteleira e em frente a um grande shopping. No andar térreo tem um restaurante Piola, onde é possível comer pizzas muito boas por um preço justo e com um excelente atendimento. Além disso, ao lado do hotel existe um supermercado e um guichê […] da empresa ADO, que faz transporte de ônibus ao aeroporto, então a cada meia hora é possível pegar estes ônibus que saem do hotel. A única coisa que não me agradou foi o café da manhã, com muitas opções de comida mexicana, como frijoles e legumes apimentados, mas sem coisas básicas: não existe queijo, por exemplo. Já fiquei hospedada no Ibis em outros países e este foi o café mais fraco que encontrei na rede. No geral, recomendo muito o hotel, que oferece uma ótima relação custo X benefício. Read more

Mon avis est partagé,,,hotel neuf, lit confortable, personnel agréable.,mais un gros problème,,,pas d'ouverture, du tout!!! les fenetres ne s'ouvrent pas, pas d'aération possible. Cela génère de la condensation...et une sensation d'enfermement total, c'est dommage car cette erreur de conception gache l'hotel. Perdi en el lobby la maleta con el dinero .. una persona me robo el dinero casi 500 euros ... la seguridad reviso el video y hicieron un servicio excelente devolviendo todos el dinero.
