This is a perfectly nice hotel. It's on a busy commercial strip, so it's convenient to stores and pretty convenient to Ithaca College (5-10 minute drive) and Cornell. But it's not a scenic spot. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. This is an affordable and comfortable choice if you're visiting the colleges or the town of Ithaca.

A pleasant surprise, this Rodeway is run with a professional manner and clean to boot! I was in for business, a clean comfortable room with decent cable and amenities, the breakfast is better than most of the comparable chains with a personal touch too! Strong Wi-Fi signal makes it a slam-dunk for me!! **********A+++++*********

I was very pleased overall with our stay the only thing i was displeased about was the fact that the indoor waterpark was not included in the price. And we only used the waterpark for 3 hours one evening and they still made us pay full price tickets. I would recommend this lodge to anyone who wants to blow alot of money!

"Nice Hotel in Cortland"
Pancake Machine! Pool was good, Tv flat and high def. Good size bathroom and room had fridge and micro. For those complaining about elevator service, you can't wait a couple of minutes?
I was looking for nice, clean hotel. This suited my needs with 3 girls who like to roam around (pool and fitness center). While breakfast wasnt 1st class, it was free and filled our little bellies.
"Totally Awsome"
I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel employees were sooo nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea was hot all night. I recommend this holiday in express to anyone who is in need of a really relaxing and totally awsome short stay!
Only area for improvement is elevator service. There is a single car to cover the entire building
"Holiday express in Cortland NY"
Room was spacious, but for three people there were only two chairs, the bathroom was clean, good towels and clean sheets that stayed on the bed. Sevice was super friendly.

"Holiday Inn Express"
The hotel itself is brand new ,clean, neat and I had a good night's sleep which I needed having been up since 2AM the day before. I drive a truck and was delayed by the flood waters in Binghamton and Penn. and was re-routed twice ,doubling back from Binghamton to Penn. and back again before finding my way to Cortland.
