It was my first time in Muscat and first time in the hotel. The hotel is new, the rooms and amenities were really good, the staff were helpful and courteous. I liked my stay there. thanks
"Generally poor experience"
First of all I booked and paid extra for a double room and was given 2 singles. I had to fight to be moved despite having paid the premium. Then my internet connection didnt work; however the IT guy was good and put me on the server in the end. (Advise: use fixed line, WiFi too slow). "Schwaches Stromnetz"
Was nutzt das gute und preiswerte City Hotel in Muskat, wenn das Stromnetz auf den Zimmern zu schwach ist. Nach ca2 Stunden knallt die Sicherung raus und man steht im Dunkeln. Man bekommt natürlich ein neues Zimmer, d. H. Mal wiederveinpacken und auspacken. Dann nach ca2 Stunden wieder alles Dunkel. Die Zeit ist zu kostbar,also Hotelwechsel!
