Good rate, kind staff, perfect location in Old Town, clean. Room was smallish but comfortable enough. Many clientele appeared to be European businessmen, suggesting that the hotel's four stars are respected as such here despite its age. Certainly not a new place; I did not stay in the renovated rooms on the fourth floor.

I was more than pleasently surprised by the very hospitable reception including a glass of champagne on the house while they were preparing my check in. The room was small but nevertheless clean and comfortable. One issue I had with the hotel was that it was a bit noisy. Water pipes were heard all throughout the night. One thing that still can be […] improved upon is the breakfast. I was presented with jam and honey jars that were opened at other tables (those tiny single serving jars) which is why I ate my croissant without any jam. Jammer is wel dat het hotel redelijk afgelegen ligt en er in het stadje zelf zo goed als niets te beleven is afgezien van industrie. De service was over het algemeen goed, echter de vriendelijkheid van de receptioniste verschilde per persoon; de een […] was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, bij de ander was er amper een woord uit te krijgen en was het aanbieden van excuses bij een gemaakte fout nog teveel van het goede. insgesamt gut, nur gab es im Hotel und in der Umgebung keine Möglichkeit gut und preiswert essen zu gehen; aus der Klimaanlage gab es in unregelmäßigen Abständen sehr laute Geräusche. Da sich diese nicht abstellen ließen, war der Schlaf beeinträchtigt.

Een prachtig mooi modern ingericht vrij nieuw en schoon hotel. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Goed restaurant, waar de bediening in de gaten had dat we Nederlands spraken. Bij het uitreiken van de menukaart, in het Frans, kregen we een Nederlandse vertaling erbij, heel attent. Mia Zia doet Italiaans aan, op de kaart staan veel Italiaans getinte […] gerechten, heerlijk! De prijzen liggen aan de hoge kant, maar de kwaliteit is daarmee in verhouding.De kamer was ruim een fijne douche en lekker ligbad. Het matras lag wat hard, maar dit kan ook een gevoel zijn geweest, omdat de rug verbrand was. We hebben in ieder geval heerlijk geslapen. Een heerlijk aan tafel geserveerd ontbijt, croissant, pain au chocolat en 2 pistolettes, ruim assortiment beleg, daarbij vers fruit, yoghurt een karaf jus d'orange en koffie/thee naar keuze. Het hotel had geen lift, was speels ingedeeld, waardoor je wel redelijk veel traptreden moest nemen. Kan lastig zijn als je wat moeilijk ter been bent. Read more

très bel hôtel, personnel très accueillant et serviable, chambre très propre ainsi que l'hotel, par contre il est mal insonorisé. Le resto est un peu cher pour la qualité. Sinon l'hotel est neuf et moderne, bien décoré et très propre.
