      Staying here was trulli a joy. The room had great heating, a kitchen, a hideaway bed, and a shower with great water pressure. Our trulli was right in the middle of the trulli district and was a great place to walk around, shop, and have dinner. One annoying thing was that when we opened the hideaway bed, it had gross hairs on it.

      My daughter and I stayed here in the middle of a 2 week trip through Italy. A perfect respite from the trains, planes and cars. We had Spa massages and spent some time in the Lagoon. Lagoon, maybe overrated, but the massage was the best I've had in my 56 years! A bit of moist mold on one of the walls in the room needed to be pointed out to the staff. I'm sure it was fixed immediately. Probably happened because someone spent hours in the incredible shower with room for at least 4 people. Pleasure for sure.

      Excllent hotel in a surprising city. Located in old city undergoing renovation, this hotel is a gem. If you're going take a taxi as it's hard to find. The staff is very competent and can recommend places to eat in walking distance. If you're familiar with Italy but never visited Taranto, you're in for a treat. Don't miss the museum and tour of the fort. Also, don't miss the rooftop terrace - great view of the city.

      Bartelomeo and Angela were the best hosts and this property is a dream home for anyone traveling in the South of Italy. Close to many small local cities with a lots to see. Great breakfast included.
