La persona que me recibio no sabias NADA, que los contacté a través de su página, no estaba al tanto de que el hotel estaba en la web, le dije que dejé los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito y no sabía si se cobraba así o no, me pidió que pague en efectivo y no sabía que valor darme, le expliqué que yo sabía el precio y me dijo que bueno si ya lo tenía […] me cobraría eso, al día de hoy no se si entró un pago en mi tarjeta. Mucho ruido de bocinas, estaba con mi familia y este hombre mepasó la llave, tercer piso por escaleras, yo tenía 8 bolsos y me dijo que no podía ayudarme porque le dolía la espoalda!!!, para colmo le quse pagar con un billete de u$s100 y me dijo que no lo recibían, que buscara billetes más chicos, de u$s20, que eran lo únicos que aceptaba, retubo mi identificación hasta que después "pasear" por Guayaquil conseguí estos billetes!!!
