"Huge Room"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
the family suite was quite big. it has a separate receiving area. the bed was king sized, a little hard compared to other hotels but i had a great sleep for 2 nights. beautiful hardwood furnitures. the closet sauna/shower is what i like best. buffet breakfast has ample supply. check-in at midnight was swift. we were allowed a late check-out by girl manager (the girl at front desk said not ok but we insisted). from our room - one side (terrace) has beautiful view and the other side has ugly view. there is no elevator and we have to walk good that we didn't have any baggage. when we checked-in the guy at front desk smells like he's been drinking liquor. the front door lock of our room is not that good (broken) and i didn't feel quite so safe so we always had a chair blocking the door. this hotel knows how to save on things like there was no lights when we arrived at midnight or that the slippers in the room was reused.
"This hotel is a must!!!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
We loved this hotel and the staff was more than accomodating. The lobby is so inviting and beautiful, the swimming pool is A+ and our room was spacious and comfortable. The service was impeccable and the food was excellent. We would return in a hearbeat as the amenities and the Camodian people are a delight. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer. It is a very convenient location to all of the temples and ruins. Beds in Asia are not known for being soft, but these were quite comfortable.
"5 Star hotel a short Tuk Tuk ride to town"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
Mahogany lobby and grand old 5 star hotel with beautiful pool area and chef for individualized omelets or noodle soup at breakfast in addition to the grand buffet. The tuk tuk drivers are available at all hours right in front of the hotel. The city is just 10 min tuk tuk ride to town or 35 min walk. If you do not mind being away from the action a bit this guarantees quiet nights. Staff very friendly and helpful.
"Wonderful location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
Great value for the price. It is close to both airport and Siem Reap center. Rooms are comfortable and clean, service is excellent. Their restaurant is good too. If I were to visit Siem Reap again I would not look for other hotel.
"Simply excellent"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 29, 2012
Wonderful staff, fabulous little pool, very attractive rooms, plenty of amenities (free daily water, bathroom supplies, robes), free pick up/drop off from bus or airport, very good breakfast. $2 tuk tuk ride to the night bazaar. good prices for day-long tuk tuk driver and guide for angkor wat. very close to the archeaological park, and a very short ride to the night bazaar area. an all-time favorite bargain find.

"Lovely Hotel to stay with Warm Hearted People"
I really enjoy stay in this boutique hotel. Nothing much to complaint because most of time I been go out for sight seeing n shopping. The room is comfy with reasonable price offer. The location is access to night Market, town, pub, food stall is nearby.all in walking distance. I would love to come back to this historical place n stay at same hotel.

"Mekong Boutique Hotel - centrally located"
The hotel is in a good position, walking distance to shops and markets. Good restaurant although the staff did not speak very good English, we all made ourselves understood. No elevator in this building but stairs are quite wide. Breakfast was quite substantial and had a good variety of foods. Free internet and wifi are a bonus.
"Very good service, wonderful little hotel"
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while visiting Angkor. Check in was excellent and my room with balcony really nice. My only fault was how the bath tub was made, the water always ran on to the floor unless I put a towel to block it, and somehow water was always leaking on to the floor, even when I didnt use the shower. Overall a wonderful hotel, […] with lovely staff, who can assist with booking. The hotel is in a nice area close to the Old Market to go exploring...and of course there is the ever endearing tuk tuk if you dont want to walk. The restaurant also had good reasonably priced meals...if the rainy afternoon kept you in. The hotel has no lift, however that was not a problem for me based on my room location. I would definately recommend this hotel. Read more
"Litet hotell nära Night Market"
Bra och trevlig personal, hjälpsamma och dessutom pratar några riktigt bra engelska. Trivsamt litet hotell. Thomas
Hotel muy bien en relación con el precio, excepto el tema de las excursiones, en el que son muy pesados si no las coges con ellos y el servicio de lavanderia, que nos devolvió la ropa con arena y hojas dentro.
