The hotel is new and very nice looking with stylish decor. Ths staff is very friendly. The hotel is located in a commercial area and it is not within walking distance to any attraction. Very noisy in the middle of the night... walls were very thin and you could hear the folks in the next room breathe and talk. There was a party in the hallway at about 1:30 am.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated and the staff very friendly. However, the beds were too soft and I felt like I was sinking into it. Not my cup of tea, but others may like it. We were given a very large room and the hotel had complimentary drinks and a coupon of meal, but I think that is because they've just opened. I also noticed that they have DVD's available to borrow. It was a short stay for us, since I needed to leave early to get to work. The only disappointment was that the website said one time for breakfast, and […] when we got there it was an hour later. I commented on that and was told that the hot breakfast began an hour later, but there would be muffins - continental breakfast like items. When we went down, however, there was nothing. This is a very nice, clean, new only 6 months old and although not downtown still a very good location, close to both main HWY's 102 & 103 and only about 15 minutes to the downtown area. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days in August. The hotel is obviously quite new and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities well done. The only minor complaint was that the walls do seem to be quite thin, I heard snoring from the room next door through the walls.

Hotel was clean, spacious, the staff were great and the hot breakfast from Tim Horton`s was a bonus. Pool was a bit too cold for my 9 year old and the hotel is only driving distanc from Charlottetown. Overall you can`t go wrong with this place if you have a vehicle to drive.

This hotel was perfect, i had a luxurious room, GREAT SERVICE, 2 built in restaurants, free wifi, free WARM breakfests. I even forgot my shaving stuff so i asked if they had any to sell and they gave me a bunch of free stuff to prepare for my work day. Cant ask for more.
