We arrived late and hoped to have a quiet peaceful stay. Unfortunately workmen arrived and starting hammering and drilling in 3 rooms close to ours at 8am.

The location of the hotel is great and our room was perfect. We had a room with a sea view and a terrace. The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city right on the beach. It's the best location in Palma, as in the center of the city there is no beach, only port. There was plenty of free parking right near the hotel (because it was winter and not a peak season). The only disadvantage was room service. We stayed in the hotel from December 27 until January 2. And starting December 31 the room service worsened. We ordered dinner to our room and they forgot to bring french fries. We called them, they said they would send someone to our room, but nobody came. The two consecutive days when we ordered something they also constantly forgot to bring some staff - french fries, bread etc. The tipping point was on the last day, when we were checking out. When we ordered room service we paid for everything right away, so upon check out we were surprised to see one of our dinners included in the bill. The receptionist told us that the waiter who served us wasn't there, so they couldn't check this. At the end they removed that charge from our bill and said they'll check it with the waiter. All in all, I'd give this hotel 4*. I would definitely come here again. The advice - improve room service.

lovely hotel, polite and helpful staff, fantastic location. felt like dropping back in time. only thing we would have wished for - directions to the hotel on the web site! We got lost several times getting there. You get to Plaza Mayor and park in the underground garage there, then walk 3 short blocks through an awesome area. Do NOT attempt to drive to the hotel, it cannot be done. This is the fault of GoogleMaps, which thinks it can do anything.

We were to men at the age of 38 years young. We spent 10 days at Tomir, we were surprised with the quality, considering the very low price we paid. Clean... room with two balcons and a small well equiped kitchen, very good quality of the bathroom. One of the better ones i"ve had in Spain. A very hard bed and a couch that seemed to be made of stone were a little uncomfortable, but that was nothing we really cared about. Nice pool area with lots of activities ad more than enogh sunbeds. Hotel was very basic, but clean enough. Didnt use much of the facilities but it did seem to have a lot for kids to do. Would probably retyurn but rooms really need done up!

bra läge nära stranden. lite och lugn strand med full service. Bra rum med fin utsikt! Bra mat på hotellet. kul att titta på båtarna i hamnen och endast 10-15 minuter till Palma centrum. Där det är mycket bra shopping. Det tar endast 20 minuter till flygplatsen från hotellet villket ät mycket bra!

Hoteller är av standard, inte modernt men det som behövs finns i rummet. Dock inte hårfön, samt att safteybox kostade extra. Vi blev överraskade att det var så fint städat! Rent och fräscht! Sängarna var fruktansvärt obekväma, man kände varenda fjäder i ryggen. Det var en rymlig lägenhet för 2 personer! TV är minimal och borde inte räknas som TV, helt […] värdelöst liten. Personalen i receptionen hade ingen koll på nät bussar gick lokalt eller till flygplatsen. Vi frågade men fick inte rätt svar, vilket resulterade i att vi åkte fel. Detta hände inte bara en gång utan flera gånger. Till exempelt så sa ena kvinnan i receptionen att bussen bara gick vart 40:e minut till Palma fr Puerto Portal, stämde inte alls!!! Gick oftare! De sa att vi skulle gå av vid Catedralen istället för vid Placa Espanya som är centralen för bussar och tåg. De hade ingen vidare koll på INCA marknaden som är varje torsdag och var inte heller villiga att direkt hjälpa till att finna svaret på våra frågor. Minus för deras låga kunskap om deras egna lilla ö! Bara britter och tyskar på hotellet, inga svenskar. Frukosten ok, inget sensationellt. But swedes are extremely picky! Ta lokal bussarna till andra stränder och upptäck ön. Hoteller var bekvämt att bo på men inget hotell du vill spendera tid på. (Barnvänligt). Skulle inte komma tillbaka till samma hotell, även om vi inte är missnöjda med helheten. Read more

Godt fornøyd med hotellet, veldig bra aktivitet for barna 8 og 11 år, solsengene ved basenget kan med fordel fornyes og få et bedre renhold. Og med den varmen som var hadde det vært greit med et sengetøyskift i uka

Helt ok hotell till bra pris. Inte jättebra läge men ca 5 min från stranden och 10 min med buss från Palmanova. Underhållningspersonalen jobbade hårt för att göra barn och vuxna nöjda med div. aktiviteter. Bra rum, ok sängar men väldigt lyhört!

Fint hotel hvis man er afsted med børn under 8 år. Da der er meget underholdning for børn. De små elsker det. Området byder ikke på de store muligheder, dog er der en offentlig strand og Marineland.
