It is a very relaxing place, especially good if you know French, because all the entertainment in the evening is in French. It a great with children, they have children activities there, also in French, but kids learn it fast. The only thing is that if you rent a car, you should print a map off the web before going there, it's not on the local maps and GPS does not recognize it. If you like boardwalks and lots of cafes, it's not for you.

I participated in a triathlon race in Mallorca and had a bicycle crash on a rented bike. The staff was incredible! They were helpful working on the phone with various people to get the bike back, and even mailed some of my left behind items to my home in the States. Even before there were any problems with my trip, I was impressed by the competent and thoughtful employees though. They helped me locate things in the local area. They accomodated the racers with a special early breakfast before the race start. They consistently greeted their guests in a friendly manner, and never acted annoyed with continuous questions and requests from guests about the local area.The accomodations are basic and have some age, but clean and well-cared for. It is clearly being run well by excellent people. In a trip that largely did not go the way I hoped, they were a highlight and I hope you can reward them with lots of business.

excellent value for money, can't believe it included food (which was excellent), staff were very helpful although bit of language barrier (which is to be expected and not their fault). But as a result would have hoped that information in hotel could have been better (i.e. info on aiport shuttle or WiFi was not in leaflets in room). should have been more information in each language. I expected WiFi to be very expensive (as it normamly is) but when i asked on the day i left it was only 3 euros per day (!) and i was annoyed i hadn't signed up.

This hotel was amazing. Breakfast was spectacular, rooms are large and modern. Bathroom is clean and luxurious. You also get to use the SPA water circuit for free. Hotel staff is very helpful. I would love to stay here again.

Das Hotel, die Zimmer, der Service und die Lage zur Cala Guya sind sehr gut! Ein Vorteil ist, das das Hotel nicht geeignet für Kinder oder Familien ist. Daher hat man Ruhe am Pool und beim Essen. Ein Manko gibt es allerdings: Die Wände sind sehr dünn und es ist durch die Nähe zum nächsten Hotel in den Zimmern auf der rechten Seite des Hotels sehr laut. […] Ab 7:00 Uhr werden im Nachbarhotel Teller gewaschen und entsprechend laut geklappert. Auch, wenn einer im Nachbarzimmer den Stuhl verrückt oder läuft, hört man es laut und deutlich ... leider !!!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Alle sprechen gut deutsch, freuen sich aber auch wenn man spanisch sprechen kann. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden, bis auf die Tatsache, das wir gerne mal länger als bis 7.00 Uhr / 7.30 Uhr geschlagen hätten. Read more

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage zur Cala Agulla. Zum Strand läuft man 2-3 Minuten, es gibt kaum nähere Hotels an diesem Strand. Daraus resultiert ein schöner Meerblick beim Essen im Restaurant und je nachdem welches Zimmer man gebucht hat (seitlicher Meerblick, oder direkter Meerblick). Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist modern und […] das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber. Sowohl das Servicepersonal an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und die Zimmermädchen sind alle sehr freundlich. Abstriche musste man allerdings beim Essen machen. Das Frühstück war alles in allem in Ordnung, während das Abendessen nicht empfehlenswert ist. Das Personal war sehr sehr nett und freundlich. Leider war das Hotel sehr alt , aber die Zimmer waren nett gemacht und sauber. Die Außenanlage und der Poolbereich gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage direkt am Meer mit sensationellem Blick auf die Bucht, entschädigte uns für das eher schlechte Essen.Zum schönen Strand waren es nur wenige Meter!

Pokud zvolíte polopenzi za zvýhodněnou cenu, nečekejte pokoj, který je na obrázcích. První noc jsme spali v pokoji na posteli, která velikostí nebyla pro dvě osoby. Výhled na chátrající hotel postavený asi 20 m od Mar Azul. Další den jsme si připlatili a dostali o poznání lepší a komfortnější pokoj. Nevýhodou je to, že na pokoji není lednička ani fén... Personál […] hotelu je velice příjemný. Problém je ten, že pokud neumíte španělsky nebo německy, domluvíte se anglicky pouze s jednou recepční, která tam ovšem není každý den. Měli jsme pocit, že jsme tam první ubytování Češi za celou dobu existence hotelu... Hotel uzpůsobený pro Němce, anglicky není vůbec nic. Z hotelu je to pěšky 5-10 minut na pláž, která je opravdu nádherná, na konci června už ale poměrně přeplněná, moře čisté, plné malých ryb. Jídla bylo hodně, ale snídaně se opakovaly, což nám nevadilo, ale pokud jste náročnější a toužíte ochutnat místní speciality, tak tady se vám jich nedostane. Večeře sestávala z místních potvor i jídel jako je hamburger nebo smažená ryba. Pokud umíte německy a nevadí vám 100% obsazenost hotelu Němci, tak bych hotel určitě doporučovala. Služby jsou na velmi dobré úrovni. My jsmy byli spokojení a týden jsme si moc užili. Read more
