Over-all great experience. Only thing I can suggest is cheese with the continental breakfast!
"Best value in Quebec City"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
We have stayed here before and give it a "best value" rating. Excellent breakfast as well. Staff is very nice and welcoming!!!!!!!!
"Good value for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 30, 2012
Very well appointed with many amenities. I felt a bit being "cheap" to charge an extra $5.00 for a code for internet connection. Their offer for free internet service, means a single terminal in the main lobby with internet connection. Long line up, and inconvenience. For a daily $5.00 guest can obtain their personal code to use their own equipment in privacy.Other than that, it was a pleasant stay
"April in....Quebec"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 27, 2012
Great little boutique hotel in the heart of old Quebec, across a small park from the Frontenac and a block from stairway to Quartier Petit-Champlain. Rooms on the small side but cozy, incorporating them into the limits of a very old building. Very clean in-room and out. Very helpful, friendly staff to Americans with French that doesn't go much beyond "bonjour." Outstanding breakfast--waffles with maple cream sauve are a must. Daily parking was reasonable and only one block away.
"restaurant nothing special"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 23, 2012
although the hotel per se was fine, the location wa quite a distance from the old city, and the restuarant left something to be desired. Having never in my life sent anything back, I actually did send back a salad with ingredients other than what was specified in the menu. the seoncd one was not much better, but I did not send it back a second time. service was barely acceptable.

"nice room in ideal location"
Our double room was small but we live in NYC so we didn’t feel cramped. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. The roof of the Chateau Frontenac was visible from our window. The location in the heart of the historic district and within walking distance of the newer sections is perfect for tourists. We were very happy here, and I doubt you could […] do much better for the price. Two cautions: (1) you need to check-in at another hotel across the street and a few doors down, as they will tell you when you ring the bell; and (2) avoid the hotel’s breakfast at a neighboring restaurant--it costs $10 Canadian and consists of powdered eggs and such. There is an excellent brunch spot just down the street from the hotel where you can eat well for not much more--it's on the left side as you walk down Rue St Ursule. Read more

"Small, affordable rooms in a great location"
This hotel is very well located in a relatively quiet area, but is walking distance to many points of interest in Quebec City. My small room was clean and well-appointed. My only complaint is that there is little sound insulation in the walls, and so the noise of guests trudging up the stairs at night can be quite loud. There is no elevator, so there […] is a lot of traffic on those noisy stairs. Be sure to check in with the hotel Acadia across the street, who apparently owns the Ermitage. There is no reception desk at the Ermitage. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend the hotel. Read more

"L'Hermitage in Québec City - Charming"
Old, of course, but charming with its crooked stairways, oak panelling and antique-looking heating system. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of historical Quebec City, within walking distance of everything that matters. This is not your bland and sterile business hotel. It has character galore, but don't expect it to be as well appointed […] as the big commercial hotels. Service is very good. The hotel is sort of split in three. The reception and the roof spa (with a nice view) are in the nearby Acadia Hotel. Breakfast is in a nearby restaurant. All and all it was a good experience and we enjoyed the stay. Read more
"Hotel l Ermitage - Quebec city"
Location is very good.(Inside walls) Just 5min. walk to Chateau Frontnuc. Many restaurants are close. Loved staying Heritage Building. Cozy and tidy. Stayed 3rd floor, so enjoyed a little scenery.

"Hotel L Ermitage - nothing but excellent!"
This hotel is excellent. The location is great, parking extremely convenient (reasonable rate). Rooms great (clean, good size, tons of character. The hotel staff are excellent and the hotel even has a rooftop spa free to use. (Only issue was near non existant wi-fi signal. I am sure that the hotel will address this for future occupants.) The hotel […] rates high on other listings and there is no need to spend any more money on another hotel. Thank you Hotel L Ermitage. Read more

"Old World Charm In Quebec City"
My daughter and I stayed at this Hotel on a recent visit to Quebec City and we were delighted with the accommodations. This is "old world charm" in the heart of old Quebec. The hotel is very reasonably priced; great location; very clean and the staff were very accommodating. We will have no hesitation staying there on our next visit.
"Hotel Acadia- Le 52"
A surprise to be upgraded to a suite- very comfortable and in a fabulous location. There was no room service- ie the room was not cleaned or tidied during our stay but we were happy to make the bed as required. Lots of towels etc in the room. We would definitely book again.

Read more

"Hotel l'Ermitage"

"Hotel l'ermitage Quebec"
Read more

"hotel l'Ermitage. Quebec"
Read more
