Staff was very nice and the room was clean when we checked in and every day until check out. The breakfast is ok, so if prefer something off a menu, Biscuits is close by. The amenities are standard and Wifi is free. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. There is an Alberstons close by for your food and beverage needs. No sales tax in Oregon, […] however, if you want spirits you have to go to a state sponsored liquor store. I recommend requesting a room in the back of the hotel that way you won't hear the noise from the street. The pool and spa are standard. The exercise room is limited to cardio. I don't know what mattresses they use but it was a slice of heaven, not one ache anywhere upon awakening. I cannot say that has ever happened before!!! Very clean and up the road from our favorite stores.

Very nice hotel, clean and convenient. The only issue was that the room I was given had the soda machine right outside the door. I knew when anyone on my floor was thirsty. It wasn't a huge problem, just a little noisy.

Chose this hotel due to price, location and reviews. A friend and I were in town to see Wicked at the Keller Auditorium. Even though this hotel was about 20 minutes away from the auditorium the hotel was amazing. The service was great during check-in. After we had went up to our room the man from the front desk called up to our room about 5 minutes […] later and asked if everything in the room was to our liking. A few hours later while getting ready for the show he called once more and asked if we needed anything at all before we left for the auditorium. Never while staying at any other hotel have I experienced such caring and appreciated service. From check- in to check-out we were very well taken care of. The room was plenty roomy enough and very clean! I had no problem with noisy neighbors or other noises. The room was kept at the perfect temperature and the hotel itself was very comfortable and welcoming. I give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars and would reccomend it to anyone traveling in the portland/tigard area of oregon. I will definitely book this hotel again for any other travels that take me to portland! Read more

We spent the weekend at this hotel. It's very clean, the staff are very friendly, the beds are very comfortable, we used the pool both of the days that we stayed it was very clean and the water was nice and warm. The continental breakfast was good, all of the food was well stocked and the was a staff member checking on it every 5 minutes to make sure […] it stayed perfect. The scrambled eggs weren't the best, but they had some pretty good omelets. We have a 9 year old who is a picky eater, so it was nice that they had enough variety to keep even happy at breakfast. Overall a good hotel for a quick time. Clean, comfortable and located near Tualatin (where I needed to be). It was somewhat odd the sink was outside of the bathroom versus inside with the shower. Does not give you the privacy you need if staying with multiple people in one room. Other than that, good place.

What great front staff. Very opolite and helpful. I wanted some herb tea in the later evening and went t the front desk. He unlocked the breakfast room cupboard to find me tea! Beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet & easy to get to from Hwy 5 but far enough away that we couldn't hear it. We stayed at this hotel during our time on the way back from the Oregon Coast to our home in Eastern Oregon. It's proximity to the Oregon Zoo was a big plus, as the drive back into Portland was pretty easy. The staff was very attentive when we had an issue with the toilet in the room and corrected the problem right away. There are numerous restaurants […] in the area and the breakfast served by the hotel was pretty good. The stafff was very courteous and helpful during check in. Our room was clean and quiet with no noise from the rooms on either side of us. There are shopping malls within easy walking distance and fast food services just across the street. Every employee that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Good location and easy access to shopping. The refrigerator in my room made loud noises all night which kept me awake but otherwise the room location was quiet. I would have liked to have a small freezer inside the refrigerator to keep my "blue ice" for my cooler frozen. What we look for in a hotel is clean room, a good mattress, no smoking or cleaning odors, and well kept up. This hotel had it all and more. We like to read in bed. It had good lighting to do this, with bedside tables next to each side of the bed to put our book when we are ready to call it a day. We found this hotel to be very comfortable and satisfactory, especially for the cost. We stayed for a weekend to attend a relative's high school graduation. The room was spacious and included a mini-fridge and microwave which was convenient for storing and reheating food we brought back from eating out. The hot complimentary breakfast buffet in the […] morning was varied and good. Our favorite part was the belgian waffle maker. On the weekends, get to the breakfast room early. They tend to run out of the hot stuff fast (breakfast burritos, coffee -- even open tables), but they will remake & refill as needed. Coffee was outstanding (we tend to be coffee snobs)! Even the in-room make-yourself-coffee was surprisingly excellent. Other comments on the room: Hooking up to the free wi-fi was easy and convenient. Bathroom was clean & modern. A very nice hotel stay. The personnel were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were roomy and clean. A great location for us--easy access to freeway and in a nice neighborhood. All the amenities we needed, even has some rooms that allow pets! We would definitely stay here again.
