We enjoyed our stay here. It was well priced, the breakfast was very good, and it was reasonably close to the old town of Dubrovnik. We had a car, so it was nice to have secure parking. Our room was very nice and clean, with a balcony. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We walked to the old town, but that took a good 40 minutes. You can catch a bus, but we didn't bother. I think I'd still stay here if we went back to Dubrovnik. It was a good balance.

This place was amazing. Great price. The owner met us promptly when we arrived, even though our communication with him about time was vague. He was there within 15 minutes, we just told another resident in the building and they called him. It was quick and easy. He provided maps and tourist information as well as a list of must see things. The place was great. Perfect shower, washer, sink and comfortable bed. Little windows that opened to corridors....right by old town dubrovnik clock tower. There is not a better location in all of Dubrovnik. We will make plans soon to stay here again. It was perfect.

Host Viktor was great. He answered all of our queries and gave outstanding recommendations for food and sights and gave us umbrellas when it began to rain. The location perfect, literally 2 minutes walk to the heart of the walled city, and less than a minute to the cove. Our only complaint was that the safe was not bolted down, but we felt so safe we forgot to mention it. Cleanliness, conveniences, noise, and comfort were all top notch. We would definitely stay here again.

"Beautiful place - stench of smoke"
Very clean apartment apart from the stench of smoke of the owners son who must have chain-smoked in the room before us arriving (although advertised as a non-smoking room). Unfortunately he had invited his friends over to the apartment so there were 4 teenagers hanging out like a digs when we arrived. The son also didn't turn up on time/ at all to […] collect the cash they insisted on us paying (thought it was paid through hotels.com). "Kjekk leilighet midt i gamlebyen"
Veldig kjekk leilighet over 3 etasjer. 2 separate soverom i tillegg til stue og kjøkken. Eier møtte oss i leiligheten ved ankomst. Det var vanskelig å finne den da du må kun gå etter adressen og ikke lete etter navnet "Sweet House". Det står det ingen steder. Vi måtte få lokale til å hjelpe med å finne huset.. "Apartamento en el centro de Dubrovnik"
Apartamento bien situado en el centro de la ciudad pero fuera de las bulliciosas calles más turísticas, lo que lo hacía que fuera tranquilo para descansar. Sólo tiene un pero, haya que subir dos tramos de calles con escaleras para llegar, pero merece la pena.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
