Villa Constantsia - Assos

The one redeeming quality of this place is that its location is right on the water. We stayed there during November and it was very deserted and run-down. Our host was kind.

The management could not have been more helpful and friendly. They did everything to make my stay pleasant. The location is right across from the beach. I would definitely recommend this property as a great value.

Nice location - literally right next to the sea, but quite a drive from Corinth. Rooms were ok, but the kitchenette only had one ring that worked, and the oven took hours to cook anything. Bathroom was very basic - handheld shower, but clean. Villa Constantsia comprises furnished apartments rather than being a hotel per se. It is a little hard to find but the site is right next to the water so you can walk/jog by the Gulf, which is very pleasant. The location was handy for me (I was using it as a base for visiting the nearby Ancient Greek sites) but is some way out of Corinth itself. The staff of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Home cooked traditional greek breakfast. Beach 50 metres from hotel. Quiet location. Quite a distance from town and shops. Handy as a base for exploring the area.

Wir waren für 1 Nacht im Constantsia. Das Zimmer war groß (mit Küche), hatte aber keinen Balkon. Zum Strand ist es nicht sehr weit, Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Das beste ist aber das Frühstück: Käsequiche, selbstgebackener Apfelkuchen und Jogurt mit Honig und Walnüssen. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sehr sauber.

Si presenta discretamente ma non è molto adatto a persone di passaggio perchè è dislocato in zona non facilmente raggiungibile. La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. L'accoglienza è molto cordiale e disponibile.

Le foto e le descrizioni presentate non corrispondono assolutamente alla realtà della struttura. Si tratta di una casa privata ampliata con camere o mini appartamenti malamente arredati. La camera che ci è stata assegnta era a piano terra sul cortile simile più a un garage che a una stanza di albergo. Assolutamente inesistenti i servizi descritti ( […] acqua fresca in camera, sale riunioni, parcheggio..). Il condizionatore era guasto. La notte è stata disturbata dai proprietari e dai relativi bambini che chiacchieravano rumorosamente sul terrazzo sino a quando non ho alzato la voce per farli smettere.
