Perfect location - steps away from beach, antique tram, kyak rental, and the promenade. Breakfast was good - lots of fruit, flakey croissants, good coffee. Staff consistently helpful, even without a lot of English. No air conditioning but good ceiling fan in rooms facing the port. Several excellent sunsets. We loved the little colored lights on the badmitton birdie-like toys the young men flew along the port after dark. Very laid back vacation.

The hotel was beautiful and the location could not have been better. The only thing which they did not provide that I would have enjoyed was service on the beach but I would definitely go there again

we stayed here for a week on an all inclusive basis. The hotel is nice and clean and the room was large and well maintained. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the drinks were generous. Unfortunately the food quality was very poor and often cold. I think this may be partly that the hotel is aimed at german guests and the food is aimed towards them but we found it very bland and unappetising. Although we went all inclusive we only ate 2 evening meals at the hotel and ended up spending about £200 eating out after the 2nd meal we tried there and the meat was too tough to cut and cold and the so called chicken nuggets were grey/brown on the inside and tasted nothing like chicken.The other main problem is some of the other guests. They were mainly german and some were really rude, (im disabled and walk with a stick and I was actually pushed out of the way by a large german man to get to the buffet) and they also had no control over their children. There was children running up and down the corridors at all hours screaming and shouting, they were riding up and down in the lifts and pushing all the buttons and chucking things in the pool and their parents were nowhere in sight. The staff spoke mainly spanish and german with little english and all the entertainment, the kids club and even the menu in the restaurant are in german so although the hotel is nice it is not really suitable for english people who dont speak either some spanish or german.

It a great with children,... they have children activities there, also in French, but kids learn it fast. Valuta for pengene. Super beliggenhed langt væk fra det larmende turist område syd for Alcudia. Maden var rigtig god i forhold til at det kun er et 3 stjernet hotel. Kan varmt anbefales også i højsæson. Mange franskmænd men ikke noget problem da de er et venligt, smukt og høfligt folkefærd.

Hotellet ligger super skønt lige ud til vandet, har en fantastisk udsigt , hvis man vælger havudsigt. Men desværre er der støjende aktiviteter fra kl. 10 om morgen til kl. 18 , samt igen fra 21.30 til 24. Har man købt havudsigt vil der være en del støj da scenen vender denne vej. Det kan være svært at finde ud til hotellet, da den beskrivelse som ligger […] på hotels.com ikke passer. Det er hovedsaglig franske turister der benytter dette hotel, og personalet taler fransk. All inklusiv er godt på dette hotel, da der er en dejlig buffet, hver morgen, middag og aften. Men stedet er skønt og kan varmt anbefales, hvis man ikke bare vil ha fred og ro. Read more

un très bon accueil, le personnel est sympathique et parle français.si on souhaite la tranquillité préférer les chambres avec vue montagne, les autres donnant sur la piscine et la plage, ce qui s'avère bruyant.Les buffets sont copieux, renouvelés et bons.Hotel bien animé et fréquenté par beaucoup de Français.Situé à un km de la vieille d'Alcudia.Les […] chambres sont un peu sous équipées, pas de sèche cheveux, téléviseur ancien, une seule poubelle dans la salle de bain, pas de frigo ni de mini bar.Nous avons séjourné en famille avec un ado et le lit supplémentaire n'était pas confortable. Vi havde ikke fået den bedste anbefaling af Alcidia-området. Men vi blev meget positivt overraskede over både byen og især hotellet. Det var meget lækkert med flot beliggenhed og udsigt. All inclusive var virkelig en oplevelse. Lækker mad og free drinks
