REALLY enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely recommend to to others. Breakfast was good, full kitchens in your room are an excellent convenience, just 20 minutes from downtown Providence...and the price was very reasonable. Will SURELY book again!! =)

Hotel was exceptionally clean! Did not have the need to use the kitchen area, but nice to know it was available if needed. Staff was nice and friendly and helpful when it came to finding someplace good to eat. Rate was very reasonable and we would definately stay there again.

To start, The receptionist greeted us as if we were good friends, they were quick to locate our reservation and get us our key cards to our room. We were shown the elevator and off to our room we went. Something was wrong with the access card slot to our room, but lucky for us a very Friendly Housekeeper, Patricia, assisted us, after her card failed, […] she radioed the front desk, and we were given a new room, across the hall and were let in by that Housekeeper. The new access cards arrived post haste, as we settled in our very clean and comfortable room room. During our stay, we took advantage of the complimentary Continental Breakfast, the Waffles were my favorite, we used the Saltwater Swimming Pool, several times, and having the wookout room on the premises, I was able to use the ExerCycle and the Weight bench as much as I wanted. I would recommend TownePlace Suites to my Friends and Family, and We will be staying there again. Read more

My children and I stayed here the day after Christmas. Every employee we came in contact with was wonderful; pleasant, curteous, and helpful. Our room was great I did not realize when I made the reservations just what I was getting and was positively thrilled with the full size refrigerator in my room. The most important things we look for when staying overnight anywhere are a comfortable bed, a clean room, and sound-insulation from internal and external noises. The room was clean. The bed was rock hard. We could hear tractor-trailer trucks on Route 1 all night long. We could hear our neighbors on both sides of the room all day and night long. I only had a quick night here for work, but I wish I had longer. Very nice hotel, very easy to get to, very clean and courteous staff. Nice spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and big TVs. Can't ask for anything else.

Comfortable, quiet, well maintained. The studio with two queens was perfect for us. We brought up leftovers, heated them up in the microwave. Plates, utensils, dishwashing supplies were all provided. I would definitely stay there again.

I made this reservation on-line to what I was led to believe was a Pet Friendly hotel. Upon checking in I was told that the cost for Pet Friendly was an extra $100.00. The manager would not waive that fee even though we had not been apprised of it beforehand so we canceled our reservation. In fact I was informed that all the hotels in the area charge […] a $100.00 fee for pets. The purpose for our visit to North Kingstown was to attend a family funeral. I stayed at this hotel enroute to Martha's Vineyard. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the RI Fast Ferry to MV. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the ferry and allows free parking of personal vehicles in their lot during guest visits to MV. Free breakfast is included in the daily rate, although rooms are equipped with full-size refrigerators, […] cooktops, ovens, and kitchen utensils if guests want to prepare their own meals. The shopping mall across the street from the hotel provides additional dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The hotel appears recently constructed or renovated. Staff is very helpful. There is a very nice market on the mall next to the hotel, where you can buy all the food you need. Newport was 30-35 mins on a holiday weekend and you have to pay toll on the bridge. Also we found a very nice state park with beach within 17 mins drive from the hotel.

Room was great although we did not use the kitchenette. Staff was about normal. We were very disappointed in the complementry breakfasts, no eggs, sausage, bacon, etc, in fact nothing hot except waffles. They might just as well delete it if they only have waht they now call complementry breakfast and call it coffee and bagels. They didn't even have […] donuts or danish. Comared to other hotels their complementry breakast are totally unsatisfactory. Compared to other hotels with mini-suites for extended stays, this one was superb. I'll be back. Likes: smoke-free since opening; full kitchen including dishwasher and full-sized microwave and fridge; plenty of drawer and cabinet space for clothing; plenty of outlets and a rack for charging electronics; generous breakfast included in price; in-room […] recycling bin. There are picnic tables outdoors under shade trees and on a patio near the breakfast bar, with a gas grill available for guest use. Shops across the street include a grocery store, haircutting chain, Subway (sandwich chain), and Kohl's department store. Easy access from Rtes. 95, 4, 2 and 1. Five minutes from excellent restaurants in East Greenwich (Siena, La Masseria). Dislikes: Guests had a hard time crossing the busy street to get to the stores; a pedestrian bridge or light with crosswalk is needed. Indoor pool is exposed on three sides to the parking lot and could use a fence for privacy, particularly at night. Breakfast choices could include more whole grains and at least some unsweetened yogurt; coffee was bland and lukewarm. Read more
