Pleasant hotel. Good breakfast. Wi-fi in lobby. Have stayed several times at this location. Early issues with slow checkout and temperature control seem to have been resolved. We have had very pleasant stays the last several trips. I would recommend it.

We had a good time staying at this hotel, except that there was no aircon in the room. Hotel provided us with a fan after we commented that the room was rather warm and stuffy, but still the room was poorly ventilated. My husband and I stayed in a Delux room, where the hardware of the room is good, especially the bathroom is very nice. However, the staffs do not speak English, the hotel has a very Chinese management style, unless you speak Chinese, suggest you not to choose this hotel.

Holiday Inn, City Center was a nice surprices, as I normally stay at Crown Plaza or Shangti La. Holiday Inn gives deff. value for money ! However, be aware there is one Holiday Inn newar Airport, which is far out of City ! Only drawback is rooms too warm !! No air con in winter time, and the sun heat up the room all day !!

A so so hotel at a so so price. But one thing I have to praise; staff were trying to be helpful. We arrived earlier (around 10:30am), while I intend to leave the luggage first and check in later in the evening, but the staff were pleased to let me check in immediately without extra charge. However the wifi in the room did not work, staff tried but failed, […] they also offered to lend me a router but may take an hour or two to get the IT guy back, as it was late in the night I told them to save the trouble. When I check out, seems they can not cancel the deposit authorised (not charged) in my credit card. The manager suggested to charge me 1 cents to resolve it and she also gave me her business card and swore to follow up personally should anything goes wrong. Vi havde en rigtig god ferie på Holiday Inn Qingdao. Dejligt hotel med fin mad og en god service. Vi var 3 gange i hotellets svømmepøl og var de eneste i. Roomservice var hurtig og til meget rimelige priser. Vi anbefaler gerne hotellet til andre rejsende.

우선 콥튼 호텔 안하고 홀리데이인 선택하길 너무 잘했단 생각이 듭니다. 특히 침구가 정말 좋았어요. 집에 갖고 오고 싶을 만큼.. 그리고 제가 깔끔 떠는 병이 있는데.. 넘 편안하게 잘 잤어요 ㅋㅋ 깨끗합니다^^

위치가 까르푸 바로 뒤편이라 여기저기 관광지 다니기에도 편리하고 운소로 미식가 거리도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 확실히 중국이라 그런지 가격은 미국에 있는 할러데이 인에 비해 저렴하지만 시설은 조금 더 좋은 느낌이더군요. 그리고 한국어를 할 수 있는 직원이 한 명 있어서 정말 편하고 이용했습니다.

青島は5回目。シャングリラ、コプソーン、クラウンプラザと宿泊した事がありますが個人的にはこのホテルが一番お勧めです。カルフールの真裏、買い物も便利で空港行きのバス停も徒歩5分。施設も新しく綺麗でスタッフも教育が行き届いていて笑顔で丁寧に対応してくれます。英語はほとんどのスタッフが対応でき日本語も一部可です。宿泊料金と設備、対応、立地などを比較して考えるとお得な気分になりました。 ただチェックイン時に支払う保証金が宿泊料金の割に高くビックリしました。もちろんチェックアウト時には戻ってきますがほぼ宿泊料に近いぐらいの料金でした。 トータルでは満足で次回もこちらに宿泊しようと思っています。

今回、出張で前半２泊、後半２泊合計４泊しました。 途中、青島より他地方に２泊の出張に行きましたが再度このホテルにチェクインした際に フロントにて「おかえりなさい。（中国語）」といわれとてもうれしかったです。 一人一人のお客さんの顔を覚えているくれているようで良かったです。 細かい気配りも良く出来ていました。 今後、青島の常宿にするつもりです。
